Day 29. I adjust the LST to form the canopy. pH at 5.8 Day 30. It's not necessary to adjust anything, just a little the main stem. pH at 5.7. Growing well :D Day 32. I change the water in the tank, I go from the vegetative table to the flowering stage, keeping the same Ec pH to 5.9. I make some small adjustments to the LST and remove a few fan leaves. Day 35. Growth is pretty good. The pH drops about 0.5 by day, the plant drinks about 1 liter a day, (I think this is due to the decrease in pH). First defoliation. In general, the week has been good. Now I have to deal with the daily pH drops I think caused by the water intake of the plant. Possibly one more week of stretching remains, Auto Mandarina is 70% sativa 30% indica, so an Indica dominance would be better for my set up.

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

I switched the light timer to 12/12 and turned the carbon filter on. I wish I had more space to grow vertically, but the height of my box and grow light distance limits me from vegging too long. I hope to have a larger set up in the future 😀. At the start of week 7 The girls are chugging along (Cal/Mag really seemed to help) and I'm looking forward to seeing the bud structure and that Blueberry smell! I will be going on vacation in a little over a week for 8 days 😅. This is also why I started flowering now..so that I can be home during the majority of the stretch period(12 days from flip). The day I leave I will apply nutrients and thoroughly saturate the coco and then the girls will be watered with the blumats from my 5 gal reservoir (hopefully that is enough and there isn't too much PH drift). On day 5 of week 7 I applied 1 gal of nutrients until runoff. Week 7 went well.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. I started germination of 5 Royal thai regular beans on 01/01/2021. HAPPY NEWYEAR! I am germinating them using rockwool cubes and a humidity dome. I pre moistened my plugs with ph balanced water to 6.4 . Than enlarged the pre made holes using a wooden dowel. Than sowed my 5 beans into the holes. I then ripped a small piece of rockwool off each plug and mulched it up. Than lightly filled in the holes using the mulched rockwool. Than it was into the humidity dome to marinate, and complete the germination process. Will likely take roughly 4 days to get some sprouts. Starting my adventure with Spliff Seeds Royal Thai. After they emerge I will get the plugs planted into 3 gallon pots to rock and roll. Cant fucking wait! Spliff Seeds Royal Thai is a cross of a Early Thai mother and a Skunk #1 father. This mashup produces a lanky, stretcher variety signature of classic sativa strains. The strain gas a roughly 12 week flowering time. There is 3 distinct phenotypes from these genetics. One with fluffier sativa signature bud structre. One with chunkier, bulky bud structre coming from the skunk #1 father. Lastly but definitely hope to get me one of these!!! Is the phenotype that Carrys over that signature thai chocolate terpene pallet. Though it takes the longest to mature... Best believe it's well worth the wait. Considering the natural plant stature and stretch. This will be a short veg, faster flip run. To keep these ladies tailored and suited for a indoor grow. All things considered... I'd probably get best results throwing these beans out during outdoor grow season. Letting them beast out and become trees. Mabey we just might try that with another batch. But with the research into the variety I've done I'm sure I can make em work some magic indoors. I'm amped for this.

Hey guy's Ok so here we are at day 74. Girl scout cookies, First of all DAMN what a smell straight up cookies like some mint and a faint liquorice notes to it. But this girl is picky and i learned a lot for my first run of this pheno, Next time around she will go straight up organic with only 6.5 ph water from the Blumat and i topped her to grow 4 tops next time around that will help her breathe better against mold (i think). The main cola single top was so "sappy" and so dense and so fat it was thicker then both my fists together (I have big hands too), so at day 69 i spotted some mold on on her.......... i though i was doomed and all work for nothing i though i would never get to try it this time around after all this time and care. No i cut the main cola cut all the mold i could see with magnifier microscope and rinsed her in clean spring water then dried for a week, i might have lost a few nice buds but hey i saved her fruit in the end and i let the rest of the plant flower out until tonight 00.01 my time. need 75 to feel good about my self 😬. I didn't get the chance to take better quality pictures i am sorry friends i hope that okay with you 😬, due to work and kids i had little to no time this week, but here is the result. 😀 Edit: I will update with dry weight when all of it is dried. Here we are guys.We are probably a week at best from giving her the chop.. That main cola is about 15 inches ... no lie the size of my lower arm to my fingers.... She is not bad for only one gallon of medium... Thank you Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for a successful grow as she looks like, she's not gonna be too bad to smoke considering she's an autoflower... I really hope everybody's doing well. I've been super busy.God bless happy growing ✌️P.S so I said in the video, it's chop day because I was going to chop it, but upon further inspection, she will benefit from another week.. the main cola is super thick and super heavy, the plant wants to break itself every time I touch it...

I averaged around 37 gram a plant. Largest one yeilding 40.77 grams

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Feels still a bit unreal, but it’s real! Thank you for reading my diary! Thanks to all the people who worked on legalizing cannabis in Germany, especially to the „Deutscher Hanfverband (DHV)“! Good morning everyone! First off I want to say a special thank you to grow Diaries for Choosing Tutorial "how yo build a scrog" for Second Place! Now for the update I discovered two males in my grow both of them are Blue Hawaiian. I decided to inspect the root development sence they were going to be destroyed anyway. I was really upset on the how they look. Normally I transplant at least 4 times before I reach my final pot. On this grow I experimented by transplanting from a solo cup to my final pot and also another by just placing the seed directly into the soil. You can see from the pictures that the roots did not develop much at all. I will not be using that method again. On another note for those of you that have experience using molasses in your feeding schedule for your plants can you chime in and tell me what you would use and how you would mix? First week of flower done. Girls are looking super happy and are going strong. I fed them with a very light mix of FPJ and some fish and seaweed mix. Next feeding will include some banana FFJ. I have removed all the lower branches and leaves, only keeping the top 3 nodes (on some I left a few more). At the end of the first week, they are stretching a bit and really filling up the space. Hopefully they won't be stretching too much.
