Week 8 - 05/03 - 05/10 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-2 Humidity - 55 +/-5 D1 Flower - This week will be the transition week for the ladies, each day reducing the light schedule by an hr. It worked pretty well last time so hopefully, this batch follows suit. I will change the MH bulb to an HPS midweek, along with switching on the bloom switch for the LED light. Added the Scrog net and trimmed up the bottom side as well. D4 Flower - Watered with nutrients and switched to an HPS bulb D7 Flower - Plants are doing great, nod spacing is nice and stacked. The transition eased the plants into flower, they are down to 12 on 12 off.

Lowered bloom nutrient to 16 mL per gallon and hydroplex to 4 mL per gallon. EC now 2.3

The 3rd week was a big one all plants finished stretch period and it was becoming a little wild for a second. I moved 4 of the bigger girls into their own room with their own 1000w LED plus a shared 250w HPS in the center. I will be tying down branches to get flat canopy then each of the 4 will be pushed more towards the center for better light coverage do not mind the setup its not fully there but will be finished before the end of the week. In the main grow room there is a single 1000w HPS cool tube running at 100%. To remove the 4 bigger plants I had to cut the entire trellis off the canopy but will be placing a new layer this week as well. As for nutrients feedings well clearly from the size of these girls you can tell they have been eating. In about 2 weeks I will defoliate one last time and then its them vs. the world til havest. I am a little bit worried it’s going too slow (compared to reference grows from other diaries), but patience is hard and there’s still 3 to 4 weeks of flowering to be done. The breeder advises 7 to 8 weeks, which is a bit optimistic, but they also advise 9 weeks for optimal taste and a smoother effect. The girls still grew a bit vertically, so even 5 weeks into flower, they aren’t fully focused on the development of the buds. Maybe this week, some serious XL bud stacking will take place 😊. I had some problems this week with heat and humidity. For two days, temperatures were at 28 degrees with lights on; a bit too high, but nothing extreme. More problematic was RH: it oscillated a lot between 45 and 60% during lights on and peaked at 70% with lights off. There will be some dry weather the days ahead, so RH will probably stabilize around 50% the following days. Nevertheless, I increased the power of both fans and the exhaust to the max, so there’s more than enough airflow throughout the whole tent. I did some slight defoliation, but nothing extreme. I don’t want to stress them out in this phase and cause them to herm. Hence, I took away max. 2 leaves per plant per day and only when tucking away wasn’t possible. The run off EC is at 2.0-2.1, while 1.8 (close to 1.9) is going in. pH of the runoff is around 5.9, except Iris’ run off, that one is always at 5.5. Some light defoliation this week to hopefully get more airflow and encourage upward growth before flowering sets in. (already well underway), might go heavier next week. Got some nasty visitor chewing my leaves, but not aphid or mites, possibly cricket or beetle... monitoring.

As always germinated in a glass of water with 1/5th peroxide added. Beans all opened up in about 30 hours. Plugs were hydrated a day beforehand so they were nice and moist but not drenched. I added a little myco's to maybe get a headstart on inoculation and explosive and healthy rootgrowth due to the fungus. Took about 48 hours to break topsoil and the Grape & cream beans seem very vigorous. 14-8-2023 Ive added a vid where you can see 3 grape and cream seedlings where 2 seem to be less happy than the third. Heatstressed mostly. This was due to my light hanging too low and the ppfd seemed a bit much for them so ive adjusted and they seem happier and are folding out flat again. 1 didnt seem phased so for now we'll keep an eye out for that one for cutting purposes but its very early hahah

The summer really affected my outcome, three weeks of near 40 degrees made most of my buds fluffy and deformed, then the dry room was left open so the humidity was at 30 percent.. 3 days and all my buds were completely dried out. After 4 weeks of curing the taste came back a little but still not the best Up to the next one ❤️

This beautiful lady smells very strong,I swear I can't believe it's her 15th day of flower since I forced flower on August 3rd,smells just like OG kush but with a different tone of sweetness. Love this strain to pieces. On August 24th starts the 3rd week of flower 🌸🌱.

err. she keeps short but buds are alredy visible, i mean the start. no big problems, all nutrients are in ger section, if not other mentioned by manufactors instrucktions.

Still getting abit attacked by slugs, got to go down tomorrow with some copper tape and slug pellets. Lost few inner nodes and the 2 tops 1 is lagging behind the other. But gave a big feed so hoping will help and once these slug deterrents down they won’t endure anymore stress. That’s all this week. Happy growing🌱

Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

Que pasa familia, va de vuelta empezamos con la floración, primera semana con el foco cambiado a 12/12. Aumentamos un poco los nutrientes, todo va bien están sanas van vigorosas y poco a poco van estirando. Hice poda de bajo esta semana, aproveche para sacar esquejes y regalarlos a un amigo cercano. En las fotos podréis comprobar que hay distintas podas en cada ejemplar pero los bajos la llevan todas. Han empezado a marcar sexo, parece que todas son hembras. Tengo muchas ganas de seguir progresando este proyecto semana tras semana, y ver al final los resultados en si, buenos humooos 💨💨

Took 6 clones from the moonwalker kush this week towards the end of the week. Trying out my hand at Aeroponic cloning. I’m currently using the Viagrow cloner but have been shipped a EZ-Cloner and will run both of them side by side for comparison.
