Woche 14

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

Lots of new growth this week, looks like the screen is about 50% full, I’m thinking in the next week or two I’ll get to 12/12. In the mean time I’m adding an extra hour of darkness every few days to make her transition to flower smooth and stress less for her.

Hello, Day 56, Flower Phase , Gelat.OG, Final week of flower phase is started, Day 63 or week 9 I am planing to harvest the plant, Trichomes still cloudy but in some buds I can see slightly amber color on Trichomes, I ll ask a QUS before I do the harvest anyways. Alimentamos con la gama jungle se advanded nutrients y controlamos Ph 6.2 Temperatura ideal en el día, pero baja por la noche, mínimas 17, No supone problema alguno.

Wow growing great this week, we had a decent amount of rain and sunshine. Definitely looks sativa to me with the long skinny leaves. They are very different plants but came from the same bag. So we will see. Starting to have a pretty decent smell to them! AND Budding up very nicely! I have a pretty bad nitrogen deficiency but ran out of grow big, I do have some tomato plant fertilizer?

plants are really exploding, bubba kush is furthest along probably two weeks ahead of plants on the left. Kush is stacking up frost and smelling super sweet. buds just starting to form on C-99 and Dx4(GG4x Chem D)

She has smaller flowers this time but more dense, purple fade at the end that indicates shes very blueberry

It’s the 9th week of flower and this run is slowly coming to an end. Mimosa is by far the fastest finisher here. In 8 weeks there is around 30 % amber trichomes in the top buds. A little too much for my taste. I ve reduced the ec in the medium of mimosas to around 1.0 and took the drippers out. Now they will dry out fully in around 1 or 2 days and I will chop. The rest is more or less similar and will go for about a week more.

She is growing nicely and she has been really easy to grow. The only problem I have been having is humidity issues off and on bc of the weather but I added an extra inline fan. The buds are coming in and im just making sure they fill the scrog out.

D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding. Not as good of a week that it has been they shot up about foot and got lil stressed and light bleached bud stop growing under the optic 6 not smelling as good had to throw the net away so couldn’t lower the plant due to net shoot up so fast maybe I learn and I’ll try do it better next time
