SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... I topped autos! 😳😳🤯🤯 I figured they were doing so well and hadn't entered flower yet; let's do our best to keep them small and get multiple good buds instead of just one. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Day 50 from seed and these BCN criticals have a lovely citrus smell. When i open the tent, its the first thing i smell. Theyre all healthy and running. Lights are still on 20/4. Bit of redish/amber hairs showing up. When i loom at other pictures its just the genes of the genetic. I Cant wait to harvest this! Ive started adding more biobizz as it states on the chart. And then i water with normal tap water every 2 days! I will post an update for week 8 next week! One love!

It's been 4 days since I've watered them and there you have it #BOOM I can say at this point I'm excited on what's to come when I harvest this Gotti OG and Dtpg OG. This was a indoor veg and outdoor flower, these been outside since July 26 and has adapted to the outside like it's there natural habitat lol. There has not been any deficiency in there grow nor there leaves, I've been patient with a pattern water/feed scheduling every other day.

MONDAY 5/26 4am put up some readings from last night. I did 10, 10 Con Bloom PLUS 2mL of Bud Factor X. 1230pm WOW I hit the gears just right on BUD FACTOR X!!!... In FIVE YEARS...NEVER GOT IT RIGHT.... This combo worked the chloroplast tanks seemed flat, the X made a visible difference in how puffy the top sugar leaves are and the amount of resin is exactly like the advertisements....finally. There was something I thought was "sludge" in using X with Con. There IS a reaction between Con Bloom Part A, the color one and X. This is the start of week 9 and she is doing GREAT!! Pistols are turning nice and pretty 😍! Buds are fattening nicely, and the thing im most proud of, no sighs of defiency!! She is a very good plant to grow. And is going to give me some very nice smoke!!

Started stretching a bit but I understand I’m only using my 1 light for now so I do plan to raise the plants next week but otherwise pretty decent growth

This whole week I watering with only ph corrected water to flush them and get rid of all deficiency/excess of nuts. And seems its helping. After this flush, Ill continue with nuts for last stage of flowering, I think for a week, then flushing again before harvest. Separate nuts schedule and dosage for NL girl, also wont be using on plants thats close to harvest. OG will be ready to harvest at the end of the week for sure so Ill post harvest week😉 Amnesia and Blueberry strains needs few more days, Ill check trichomes daily with digital microscope. Northern Lights is still in pre flowering stage, so I think Ill finish her with my next grow. Going to be a long run 😆 Alaskan Purple will be ready in week 13 or 14 I guess.
