This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

The week was gone very well until yesterday. I happen to check on the girls when the lights came on I noticed one of my two lamps were out. A bulb burnt. It is only two months old. I bought it online and delivery on everything from this company is out over two weeks. They are closed for the pandemic. Surprisingly, a local hydroponic store where I bought my fans and air scrubbers from was open. The guy cut me a solid and $85 later I am back in business. The girls just had one night with one light. I don’t think one cloudy day will hurt them They’re budding nicely, I just pick a few leaves every now and then to get some light to specific buds.

Alaskan purple auto is doing good. She is growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She has started to shoot her pre flowering pistils. Also she is starting to stretch. Everything is looking good, and hopefully I can place in the contest. It's been a fairly uneventful week in the 5x5. I cut down my Blackberry auto the other day and I've been thinking of getting seeds ready for the stuff I plan to grow outside this summer...With my currents cycle of plants being deep in to flower, I have time to look forward at upcoming projects. The Mimosa cake auto is one of those plants currently deep into flower. She's been giving off a dank smell of earthy/fruity/spicy terps. She is extremely dense and sticky to the touch. I find myself cutting fan leaves off daily due to her busy and stout stature. The only down side I have to her is the fact that she's going to take around 100 days from germination to harvest. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned off one TS1000 after I cut down the Blackberry auto. I did this to try and cool the tent down. Higher temps outside creates an increase I'm ambient air temp in my basement. - Fed Advanced Nutrients Bloom nutes at a rate of 1.5 mL/gal - no longer using a fish tank water heater to heat my water reservoir due to increased ambient air temperatures in basement Trichomes still mostly clear... I'm on day 84 post germination today as I write this.

What’s up everybody. So I started to flower already as you see I identified the sure males and tossed them out. What is left is 2 that still have not confirmed whether they’re female/male. Donna Jo is still being watered; -Tuesday with full gp3 (green plant 3 part) plus Cali mag by General hydro PhD to 6.2 roughly 2 litres - Thursday get PhD Cali mag water and Only 1 litre at most. Try not to water Thursday unless she is to dry to make it to Friday -Friday full gp3/ Cali mag PhD 2-3 litres -Sunday full gp3/Cali mag PhD 2-3 litre -Monday/Wednesday/Saturday no water. This week had a pretty major change not just in flower production, but also decided to change tent set up as well. Changes to the tent included ditching the 600w led and the 2x 2000w garbage led lights (i call bs on manufacturer saying they are 2k) These 3 lights are now out and we have stepped up to cmh 315w. Should have bought this cmh 315 right off the hop and not spent the money on led. Now going to cmh the tent run way hotter and has required other upgrades to keep from overheating. The duct system was dual t4 cloudlines running one in and one out off the same control module has now been changed to a T6 cloudline exhausting with a t4 feeding cool/fresh air. Tent jumped 9 degrees with cmh 315 so had to also add the overheat back up plan. Put a 6” inline duct (can fan pushing extra 200 cfm) along the exhaust line closer to window exhaust point which is plugged into an ink bird plug and play thermostat set to 82. This just helps the T6 do a better job with less noise. With these changes I feel way more confident of yielding a higher gram/plant ratio. I believe if you look at last weeks pictures and compare to this weeks you will probably agree with me. You decide .......😀

For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

Training > topping, defoliation, and LST, using a cage for the first time, liked a lot to model a even canopy. Girls wore grown in 15l fabric pots, I choose a higher pot so is not wide, my idea was to grow three, felt that 25l pots still ideal, the girls net bigger and have more room for the roots. She was constant feed > Watering 1 = Base Nutes + Recharge . > Watering 2 = Boosters. > Preventive Cal Mag every 15days +- . Based on my feeling, and the leafs color I released some nutes or added so this is just an Idea on my schedule, no expressive or relevant burning. — — — My LED started to fail in mid cycle, so the light intensity started to vary, and i feel the matrix is not working and full potencial anymore. At first was hard to control the RH but in a few weeks i have got a hang of it, and all went ok besides my LED. Liked a lot this cycle, was flawless, simple and rewarding, only downfall was the weight, but everything was new, the tent, the pots size, the nutrient line, so on, so i’m satisfied. Weight is compensated over quality, none the less she was not heavy flushed, without the cure she was already tasting amazing, butter smooth, and white ash. When you open the jar a very pungent sweet, berry like smell comes out mixed with a pleasant cheese cake sour end. Potency is above average, 3 hits are what I can take, a bit more and the fun is over and the experience becomes too strong for me. The effect is just perfect for a night smoke, to me is instant, I feel mainly on the body, just want to lay and relax. Just perfect for our needs home. Smoke is clean and easy to smoke, you feel the joy of the usual insense smell around, very strong, stealth smoking is not a option, taste is sweet and fruity, easy to overdo. —— UPDATE 1 Vaping is a joy, the effects are more controlled as you have the temps to do that. The terpenes profile is very pronunced with the Volcano and the Davinci IQ, Pine berryes is what i taste. At this point buds are curing woth boveda 62 for 1 1/2 weeks, then I will change the humidity pack to a dryer one.

The last week of vegetation is already ending. Starting from day 57, I switched to a 12/12 hour light regimen.

She seems to be overfed, showing yellowing here and there. I might have messed up the Ph because I did not adjust fhe ph of nutrients mix. I assumed it was ph corrected. Now, I am adjusting the Ph and reducing feeding. Let’s hope that she recovers next week.

13.06. Wedding Cake 1# Day 49# The plant is at the end of the seventh week, it is making excellent progress. I don't want to spoil it and speak in advance, but I think she will be a monster, but just let her be healthy! Wedding Cake 2# Day 43# Unlike the first one, this one has only entered the seventh week, it is in 3 times smaller pot and the soil is not even close to the quality like in the first one, so I am satisfied with the progress of the second one as well! 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young.
