🌸 Week 1 Flower – Super Silver Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Super Silver Haze Phenotypes: SSH #1 & SSH #2 Tent: 8x8 Shared Grow Space Lighting: Future Of Grow – Black Series 600W LED Control System: TrolMaster Hydro-X Watering: Hand Watering Pot Size: 11L Fabric Pots Medium: Super Soil with Aptus Holland amendments CO₂: ~700 ppm Day Temp: 31°C Night Temp: 25°C Humidity: 50% Soil Temp: 25°C Water pH: 6.1 Water EC: 0.6 Runoff EC: ~2.0 Water Temp: 18.5°C PPFD: 760–780 µmol/m²/s ⸻ 🌿 Early Flower Surprise Week 1 of flower… and I swear these girls are moving like they’re already in week 2. Pistils are out, floral sites are forming, and the stretch is starting with elegance. It’s possible they slipped into pre-flower during late veg without me catching it, they were so stable, compact, and lush that I might have missed the subtle signals. Either way, they’ve entered bloom with full confidence. Both phenos are incredibly similar in structure and size, making them a joy to manage. They’re compact yet big, stacking nodes tightly while still filling space. The leaf color is deep and uniform, the formation is textbook Haze, and the inner node spacing is perfectly balanced for light penetration. ⸻ 💧 Feed & Water Adjustments We’ve tweaked the recipe this week, retiring Aptus Start Booster and introducing Aptus Top Booster at 0.25 ml/L. Current Feed (per L): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml The soil is already enriched with slow-release Aptus pellets, which explains why EC in solution is lower (0.6) while the medium’s own EC is holding steady at ~2.0. They’re drinking well, 1.5–2 L per day — with irrigation happening around 25% dryness in the pots. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions & Upcoming Changes The room is running hotter than ideal at 31°C daytime, 25°C night. RH is stable at 50%. CO₂ sits comfortably at ~700 ppm. A dedicated AC unit is on its way and should be installed next week, which will help dial temperatures closer to the sweet spot for flowering. Soil temperature is at 25°C, supporting strong root activity, while PPFD at the canopy sits between 760–780 µmol/m²/s depending on plant position. We monitor these numbers carefully to keep photosynthesis at optimal efficiency without stressing the plants. ⸻ ⚙️ Why We Measure Everything • PPFD: Ensures plants receive the right light intensity for maximum photosynthetic activity during each stage. Too low = underpowered; too high = light stress. • Soil Dryness: Prevents both overwatering and underwatering, protecting root health and microbial balance in living soil. • Soil EC: Tells us nutrient availability inside the medium, helping us adjust feed without guessing. • CO₂: Works in harmony with light intensity and temperature to push growth rates without causing metabolic stress. ⸻ 👑 Remembering the Queen Super Silver Haze isn’t just another cultivar, she’s an old school heavyweight, a cup-winning legend with a long legacy. Growing her feels like growing history. There’s nostalgia here for me, a personal connection to the magic this plant has delivered over decades. My hope is to see her express that classic SSH magic, the electric haze high, the silver sheen on the colas, and the unmistakable aroma that once ruled the cups. ⸻ 📸 Studio Shots & Natural Growth Of course, I couldn’t resist taking them to the studio this week. Under the lens, they shine, vibrant greens, symmetrical structures, healthy posture. No training yet, letting them express themselves naturally as they settle into flower. Next week, I expect to see stronger pistil development, initial stacking, and perhaps the first hints of stretch acceleration. ⸻ 🔮 What’s Next? • AC unit installation for tighter climate control • Continued monitoring of PPFD and EC • Watching for early resin development • Tracking stretch patterns for possible support netting These queens are just starting to show what they’re capable of. The road to the crown begins here. 🌿👑 💚 Dog Doctor 📣 Thank you for following the Super Silver Haze journey! Unfortunately had this plant in an overcrowded tent so it didn't flourish as much as I would have liked, but is kicking nonetheless

They are looking real good. I think I may have gotten some nutrients on one plants leaves and it caused some yellowing and leaf curl, I’m hoping it straightens out.

================================

Die Ernte wird in Dryferm Bags getrocknet, habe ich schon bei einer anderen Pflanzen aus probiert. Hat super geklappt, auch wenn man erst Mal denkt das das doch garnicht gehen kann in einer Tüte.

Day 37: The girls are growing fast and strong! They also seems to have turned into flowering state now. Everything seems good. Ive been recommended to just let the girls do their job from now, and I won't touch them for awhile, but I think I soon will give them some more nutrients as they are now in flowering state.

It's been a pretty good week for this plant. She's definitely in the bulking and maturing stage now. I was pretty surprised at how much purple coloring she started to put on throughout the week. I think she's going to be a fairly pretty plant by the end of the grow. She's building trichomes nicely and seems to be handling her environment and feeding schedule happily. I'm sure next week she'll have changed even more and keep surprising me. Grow Setup: @marshydro SP6500 LED. 2x4x6 growtent. @greenbuzzliquids fertilizer line. Happy growing everyone. ✌️

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Sorry I have not updated in some time. A lot of the missed time was me recovering from hand surgery. In this time, I was not able to move plant and tend to them. Then, at the start of the new year, GD was acting horrible. It would allow some updates and then reject others. Luckily it was still allowing harvest updates. The flower has a strawberry berry smell. Strawberry flower is my favorite. It is super frosty, and smells delicious. I did lose half of the canopy during flowering. As it was too close to the fan. Causing it to l wind burned a lot and ate away at the plant as it grew. She did alright for what I could do 1 handed. Thank you Spider Farmer, Athena, and Herbies Seeds. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g.

Week 11 Update – Harvest Time Approaching! 🌱✂️ BioBizz#1 – BT51 She’s done! She hasn’t had any water for the past five days and will be harvested later this week. AN#4 – BT51 She still needs a little more time—probably another 1-2 weeks before she’s fully ready. AN#3 – BT47 Somehow, she’s managing despite the extremely close distance to the light. I haven’t held back on PPFD at all, but she’s handling it like a champ. Super curious to see what kind of yield she’ll bring in! 😅

What fun she was to top dress and forget about. 😂 She are a little extra in flower, but most do. She coasted in green sensation at the end. Loved how easy it was. Awesome Irene at Promix provided the media for this grow. Very greatly appreciated! 💚😻 https://www.pthorticulture.com/en-us/products/pro-mix-hp-biofungicide-plus-mycorrhizae US link, but it will also get you where you need to go. Good morning, today is officially say one of flower, I flipped last Saturday so these girls took their time transitioning. Took a full 8 days as just this morning I noticed just a few pistils, I don’t count the transition as flowering days. As usual I continued my every other watering of fish shit rotated with silica and they are still getting a full gallon each girl per watering. I’m trying something new since the organic nutes take time to work in, rather than top dressing every 4 weeks as Gaia suggests I’m doing half doses hi weekly so last week they got 3 tbsp of all purpose and 2 of power bloom. In two weeks they will probably get the same then the one after that all power bloom . They stretched a lot the first week as you can see in the time lapse so I’ll clean them up again in a week or two after the stretch is over eliminating and branches that don’t keep up to the top canopy and I’ll probably keep the top 5 nodes of each top depending on structure after the stretch. Thanks for reading and see ya next week

And like in every grow things get to an end, and this one is no exception to that rule, did not yet end but is pretty dam close from it, gave her a last and only defoliation so far, this will help me in a few days wen i harvest her, and for now she looks way more beautiful to my eyes, man she did turn out outstanding , i mean, the looks, the smells , the over all everything this one is a champ. Love her Xmas tree kind a grow with a beautiful and modestly gigantic main cola, covered in beautiful and colorful trichomes, that glue to anything they touch living a complex and unique fragrance that follows you wherever one goes, she is a delight thats for sure. Not much to do besides observing this Queen Mama and wait for her to tell me she is ready to came down <3 <3 <3 As always thank you all for stoping by, for checking my journey , for the love support and for it all, i am blessed and humble with you all. Just a reminder , all i grow is medicine for myself, for me and for my best friend with is me nothing to sell, so don’t even ask.
