Day 9 and allready can see the roots in the bottom of the first small pot. She is getting feed with Hesi Nutrients. Day 12 had to repot as you see in photos roots were ready to transplant

I started germination of 3 Crystal Candy fv beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! This is my first look at this variety so I have no background information on experience for this one. But I will get some from this grow, and if shes blessed. There could be a second run in the future.

Week 6 of to a good start! They look happy and healthy. Time to flip to flower soon! 👽👉3/10 Climate is automated and working accordingly to my adjusted VPD settings. Need Runoff PH and EC down a little bit. 👽👉6/10 I applied the SCROG net. 👽👉7/10 Doing some minor tweaks to the setup + VPD settings(from 1.0 to 1.1). A-Day 53 (into week 8) B&C-Day 49 (end of week 7) A - She is stacking well, and feeling greasy! The smell is coming on stronger everyday, frost is just starting to build up. There is a distinct transition as the leaves go through veg to early flower to late flower. Uniform all around, not very tall, but she is hardy and thiccc! B- Full flower now, so many tops! She has shown to be a slower flower developer than A, but the flowers she are developing are almost completely uniform all across the 🌱! I assume because there are so many they will be a little slower. I put her ties back on, and the middle shoots exploded with new stretch and growth, so she is still in that stretch/flower stage. C- what can I say, patience is a virtue. She is looking lush and vigorous. With this being a slightly longer to finish auto strain, she has had time to recover from a) being a runt, B) having slow growth, c) having almost no training and lighter nutrient feeds her whole existence. This is also my control for Topping, she was not, A and B were. This strain is clearly hardy and able to withstand multiple techniques, we’ll see what the end the result is compared to her sisters. All three plants received a full nutrient feed x2 this week. That was: 3 gallons dechlorinated water mixed with 12 ml Micro, 12 ml Bud, 20 ml Grow, and 6 ml Sensi Extra CalMag, PH’d to 6.2. And another very low feeding of 1/3 that mixture mixed into 3 gallons of water. Ive heard many growers who instead of just watering, they will do a much lower strength of nutrients included in their watering, and ultimately never not feed their plants nutrients until flush. Thoughts?

 

At the start of week 8 all 3 girls are showing preflowers! They have started stretching a good amount. I will apply nutrients on day 5 just before I leave for vacation. I added 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to my reservoir. On day 3 of week 8 I added another 5 gal bucket reservoir for my Blumats, which will work through a siphon to essentially raise my reservoir volume to 10 gal for my upcoming vacation. I defoliated the centers of each plant to improve light penetration and airflow. On day 4 of week 8 I took clones from each Pheno. On day 5 of week 8 I applied weekly nutrients. I also filled up and adjusted the PH of my 2- 5 gal reservoirs in preparation for vacation tomorrow (I adjusted the PH to 5.5 in hopes that it will naturally drift up over the week I'm gone to no higher than 6.5). I wont have much updates until the 15th of April 😳🙏 (I will post pics from my security camera while I'm away)

2 plants made it to harvest. Small nugs, about an ounce per plant dry. A lot of frosty trim and small nugs I’ll be using for hash later. I had rooting issue when I flipped to flower that definitely negatively effected nutrient uptake. Small yield but quality is good. Smells almost like a sugary jelly bakery. Cured for a week, tastes sweet almost.

Transplants been done into final containers(20l)and started LST.They doing really well,they've started sexing so I reckon from next week I'd say week 1 flower.Havent fully saturated the medium as yet with fertigation ,want that stem thicker before I do that. Weathers been decent but the wind has been strong on 1 or 2 days.

Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. During her employ, she won an award of $2 for a human resource suggestion on the proper attire for women in the offices and women on the manufacturing lines. She continued working until the 50s. Her family always had cameras . That's how i have so many pictures from 1900. But she immersed herself in photography once she retired.. So when my Dad was in post WWII Japan, he bought her a state of the art camera. I came across so many self photos. She was the queen of selfies. Interesting to see the fashions over the years. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter.This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... I am in love with this one just look at the structure so nice leaves bushy and the smell is great. Pistils are coming she is showing her sex ;) Good job Zamnesia.... All good strech will end soon and she will think about more bud making lol... Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix and ratio above. Let's go ;)

Finally feel like she's headed into flower, thickening of bud sights, growth has slowed, she must of shot up 2' over the last month that flower stretch is real. This will push her to mid October unless I have a miracle, I'm really banking on nice weather. I did a heavy defoliation on the inside, clean it up for better airflow and to make it easier come harvest. I have to battle mold and mildew in the fall, I used to just use a foliar spray of apple cider vinegar, which works great for mildew, but I need something stronger for mold. As such I've started a Lactobacillus Serum, that with a few drops of organic food grade cinnamon oil in a foliar spray has said to reduce instances of botrytis by 90%, anyone have experience with Lactobacillus in battling mold /mildew?

Well into the final stretch. Cleaned the fish tank and harvested a bunch of fish shit. Applied to all the plants, lets see how they jump and grow from this one.
