Sooo.... The last week was a bit of a pain in the ass. I flushed the plant on day 14 and just gave the plant plain water for the remainder of week 3 in flower. By about day 18 I started to notice that the leaves were getting a little yellow on the top of my mother plant. The LED lights were only 7 inches from the canopy! I hadn't been paying attention to how much the plant had grown and how close it was to the light. I raised the lights so they are 14 inches above the canopy. I thought that would make the color of the leaves return. However, her condition started to get worse. Several of the fan leaves on the top of the plant started to curl up and fold like tacos. I also noticed that some of the top fan leaves were getting copper colored tops and edges. some of the lower leaves under the canopy began to fall off with severe deformities and grey patches. Some research into the matter led me to believe that I had nutrient deficiencies. I knew that I had not fed her nutes in almost a week but I don't think that would lead to the plant's current condition as quickly as it did. I then tested the Ph runoff from the pot and it was incredibly acidic! Almost 5.0! My crap Ph pen had crapped out and was giving erroneous readings. I have since flushed the plant again and properly Ph'd the water. Now I have to wait and see if her condition improves. I hope this doesn't affect the yield too much. Pro Tip: Always calibrate your meters before use!

Still coming along well and start to smell good. Added some pk 13/14 to the feed this week which will continue to the end of week 5. Going away for a few days end of this week which isn’t ideal but will set them up on a drip so hopefully they’ll be fine. Trying to add more pictures but finding it an absolute nightmare to do anything on here now.

It's been a while since I updated this diary bc work and life has been hella busy for me. But banana hammock has been cruising so far. Going into the end of week 3..I chose not to defoliate this time like I usually do around week 3. Just gone take whatever is blocking a top or at least try to tuck it...shooting for big colas. I'm introducing a few of Humboldt County's Own nutrients...they got good reviews and I just really want to try them lol..just got a few products such as the killer t, snowstorm ultra and the G10

Deep Forest had a ph bottom out a few days ago. She was flushed and corrected. She has started to give off a good citrus aroma. She is starting to put some weight on. Everything should be good now. Day 78 - Starting week 12 and she’s still chugging along and filling in and fattening up nicely. She’ll need some water and nutes in the next day or so. Day 79 - Still moving along nicely. Did a little defoliating today and will do a heavier one in another week or so. She probably is down to a couple weeks left, some of the pistils are starting to shrivel a bit but overall, still alive and well. Still have a couple days before she’s ready for some water. Day 80 - She’s looking good and fat and hell. She’s starting to get pretty damn heavy so looking at a pretty decent harvest. She wasn’t quite ready for water but should be ready tomorrow. Day 81 - Nothing new to speak of today, she was getting dry but not quite ready for some water but will definitely be giving her a feeding tomorrow. Pistils are slowly starting to shrivel up and turn reddish brown so starting to count the days down to chop. I’m thinking about 2 more weeks or so. Day 82 - The girl was majorly droopy today and was definitely ready for some water. I gave her a gallon of water with her last feeding of bloom nutes. I’ll flush her with some sledgehammer when she’s dried up again and just give her water until it’s time to harvest. Day 84 - She’s getting close to getting the chop. Leaves are starting to fade and pistils are starting to shrivel up. Still has quite a bit of white pistils but she’s on the downside, 2 weeks top left. Will be giving her a flush tomorrow and let her go till the end.

I'm watering both of these plants 1 gallon ever 2 days. They're starting to build up!! As an overview You can see from the pictures that both are dealing with a little bit of heat stress. They are in a tent where all other plans love it hot and the temperatures are in the low eighties. if you look at the top leaves you can see canoeing my guess is it's heat. Other than that they're doing great #1 has shot up she stands nearly 12" tall now. this is the plant that we are letting grow completely natural no topping, No training. #2 on the other hand stands almost 8" tall and is much bushier, thicker, and squatter. You can see clearly in the video that we topped her and also are employing some low stress training to tie down her lower branches. both plants are beautiful and doing great! I expect #1 will be transplanted this week sometime #1 is 15" from the light #2 is 25" from it. Day 30: quickly measured because it looked like they grew a bit since watering Thursday. Definitely have too! #2 has easy gone up an inch. #1 is close to the limit of her pot I think.they both have asymmetrical growth 🤨 each have a branch on one side much taller than the other sides so I have begun rotating them daily to help light penetration. Day 31: Today I transplanted #1 she was in a 1Gal nursery pot for 31 day and starting to show some issues. I moved her into a 10x10 square nursery pot. Approximately 3gals. From here she will go into a 10Gal for flower in about 6 weeks!(I'm letting them get some size)Very faint yellowing of the leaves and needing to be watered daily. Attached is a video, showcasing her roots. Idk why, but everytime I transplant they look like the video. Everyone else seems to have an insane amount of roots.🤷‍♂️ #1s roots are some of the thickest I've seen tho, a regular tree! I transplanted using real growers recharge. That's about for today hope u had a great 4th!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Day 33: Just a quick update today. Check the video I say more in that than here. #2 has nutrient burn from the recharge. These are such easy plants!! They need and want nothing! Water them once every 48 hrs or so and that's it! Im obviously going to back off on the recharge tho for then next couple waterings.✌️💚🌱 Day 35: Finishing off the week with a transplant. We put #2 into a 10"x10" nursery pot. Works out to be 3 weeks in the small 3 weeks in the medium then she goes into a 12gal for flower. Growing well and have not added nutrients. The lights have been modified, 216w per 2ft light fitting and three units in the grow room. A total of 648w for 15sqft.

Big Fat Wedding Cake grew well under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. Nice frosty colas with a spicy kush smell. Looks very potent and tasty. I did burn her in flowering when the nutrition got too strong for her. My bad. She still turned out great. 1/18: Got my new 10t Dabpress...bout to get sticky up in here... Built another DIY Co2 maker and put it in the bottom of the tiny tent with the other Co2 makers...that air is exhausted into the closet, so any CO2 not utilized in the tent has another chance at being used before being exhausted from the building. Seems like the new UVB bulb is intense enough to stress the plants.👍 1/19: Fed today. Added humic acid. Took some photos and video...ooh la la...😍 1/20: Took photos of the ladies in the tiny tent....yowsa!

this week is going really good! I am flushing right now with just plain water. I was supposed to harvest but I decided to give it another watering since the ppm values were the maximum recommended for harvest and I want as less fertilizer in my buds as possible😁 next time I'll water I'll give them 4/5 liters per plant and when the soil is kinda moist and about to dry I will give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin and then FINALLY chop everything off! I'm really excited to try them! they smell really amazing.
