The lady’s are now in the middle of week 3, they doing a very good job so far. unfortunately I watered them a bit too much, which is not so tragic, so far they have no problems and showing no bad symptoms. It is definitely a very good and strong Genetic from Anesia Seeds. After 16 days from seedling, I did some LST and defoliation. This strain grows quite bushy and I needed a bit of space for all the branches so that they could get some light too. Hopefully it wasn't too stressful for the ladies. This is my first grow but Since I'm growing it for medicinal purposes, I really need very good quality. So i had to do the training. Yes, I get medical cannabis prescribed by the doctor, but since Germany legalized home cultivation, I have to take advantage of it 😉 2 days later everything looks great, the girls don‘t show any growth stop.

Week 4 Broad Mite still making victim. On this week I watered she with water + diatomaceous earth Still waiting for better days, I hope hv succes 😐 Apparently the diatomaceous earth is working against broadmite 😅

Welp, These took a Bit longer than my Cream Cookies and still didn't fill out quite like I thought they would.. But they are still a very beautiful strain and a joy to have grown. They smell stronger and way more lovely than the cream cookies thou just a beautiful aroma I'd really like to grow these again Indoors where I can control them easier. (Sadly they dried into wispy nothings and we turned them all into bubble hash) #3 took the hit of some aphids and ended up in a frozen hash pile in our fridge along with two cream cookies from the run. It's frozen weight combined was 203g. *will update with dry*

Noticed some slight yellowing and the white blemishes on a couple of the older plant's leaves were getting bigger. I believed the white blemishes were do to a cal-mag deficiency and added that to my feed. Also was using 1/4 nute strength and now bumped up to full to counter the yellowing. Started LST this week too.

The plant responded very well to fim it is growing steady I wish I can leave her vegetating for another week but the other plants in my tent are growing at an incredible rate of speed so I have to rise this one in order to catch up with the rest canopy that's why I flip them to flowering schedule 12/12 I have been defoliatin in order to prepare them for maximum light penetration into the canopy for the flowering cycle . Day 92.. Removed some more yellow leaves.. Just the ones that pretty much just fell off with slight tug.. I figure if it comes off that easily its probably not doing much else good and is gonna fall off soon anyway.. But still left some yellows that were still on pretty tight. The pics of the trichomes don't do much justice in my opinion. Its a 60x and I zoom all the way in with my phone camera.. I can spot a couple amber.. Not many but a couple.. I'm thinking another 2 weeks and there should be AT LEAST 5% amber.. If a little more than 5%,that's fine with me also.. The older calyxes are beginning to purple.. From the tips growing towards the base of each calyx.. The couple of amber trichomes I can find are in the purple parts of the calyxes. It seems almost like the calyxes that have white pistils are foxtails.. I could be wrong.. Its not alot but they are newer calyxes it seems.. I try not to check those trichomes cuz they arent even cloudy yet.. Anybody got their 2 cents on that??.... Day 93.. Happy 4/20/2020 you guys! I should have started this from the beginning.. But I'm going to start flushing with distilled water pH'ed to 6.1 - 6.3.. I already have some declorinizated (lol jk) (declorinated) tap water waiting to be pH'ed and used.. Not that disposing it wouldn't be losing out on much of anything. So, probably about the middle of this week, I should start using the distilled water.. Trying to get the runoff TDS as low as possible.. For AT LEAST a good 7 days.. The fan leaves are pretty much all sucked dry of their nutrients as far as I can tell.. The warmth has been causing the dying leaves to curl upward.. As they die.. Which I'm not too worried about.. The terpenes are still there.. Such a fun experience.. I'm thinking of using a few 32 OZ cups are start 2 Fast Buds Blackberry Autos and 2 Fast Buds Purple Lemonade Autos.. Make sure I get some purple buds this next time.. Like a little SOG 32 OZ cup thing goin on.. Just a thought.. Haven't got it all figured out yet.. Ive got 100's of seeds being safely stored in my refrigerator and ready to blossom into gorgeous lovely ladies! **just a stoned post today.. Lol... Happy 420!*** Day 94.. Just another flush day.. Gonna just use some tap water 6.2 pH and the TDS already reads 230-240 PPM.. But in another 2 days I should have started on the distilled water (0-10 PPM) also pH'd between 6.1 and 6.3 pH. 95 % of the stems, including the main stalk, are red.. It's pretty cool looking. The pics barely do any justice. The smells are intensifying, as well.. One gorgeous plant... Day 95.. Just such a GLORIOUS girl is all I can say.. The fan leaves have faded into red.. The stems turned red as fuck.. The calyxes are beginning to turn purple. I've got like 7 or 8 more of these seeds.. I can't wait to see the other phenotypes!!! Day 96!!! Damn this is taking for-fucking-ever.. Wtf.. Well I have noticed a few more amber trichomes! Finally!!! I can only spot some amber at the very top of each main cola. The bottom of each cola is still showing some clear/cloudy.. Lower branches still look a little clear/cloudy.. Hopefully, my timing is just right! So, so freaking gorgeous!!!.. She smells a bit musty.. Not like a bad rotten smell or anything.. But like a certain type of skunkish smell lol.. Not sure how else to try and explain it lol. I'm sure it will change during and after drying and curing.. Of course. But as of right now.. The smell is a little off to me.. Strong.. But not your typical cannabis sativa indica type smells. Still so in LoVe with this lady! Day 98.. Damn almost 100 days from seed.. Trichomes are gettin there.. There are alot of cloudy.. For sure some more amber since last week.. I think 1 more week would be perfect. Got colas floppin over lol.. I love that issue tho.. Still smells wretched lol.. But dank.. I stopped pH'ing the water because I am just using distilled water now. When I add 1 drop of pH down it takes it down to 5.2 or some super acidic number.. That's crazy.. I think it has something to do with distilled water not containing any ions in the water.. Some shit I read on the manual I that came with my Apera pH meter.. So I might use tap water that was ran thru a Britta Water filter next time.It brings my tap water from 230-240 PPM down to 160 PPM when ran thru this filter.. Plus my bottles are left with bubbles like tap water normally will leave.. And the filter brings the tap water down from like 7.7pH down to about 6.5 - 6.7 pH.. These little filters are kinda cool.. Now just hoping that they last.. I wish I had an RO filter but I dont and its almost impossible for me to get and use one here.. But this works fine for me. One thing I noticed tho.. Our city does NOT use chlorine... And they dont tell us what they use.. But it says on our yearly water testing records that they use a "non-chlorine sanitizer" whatever the fuck that is.. Day 63 Fiona handled the defoliation really well so I LSTd her one (last?) time. I think the intense stretching is over and from now on all that will grow are her many (!) flower sites 🌸 First pistels showing and you can already smell her. Day 66 Fed her 2l with half the recommended dose of nutes. She is so happy with life right now, she started praying 🙏😍 She is not growing in size anymore so the daily LST sessions are over. Day 67 Just when I thought Fiona couldn‘t make me any prouder, I found a calyx that seems to indicate she is going to develop the red/purple optics promised for 60% of the strain‘s plants 🤞

I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if they cooperate. Of the 6 strains she is a little faster than the rest so far. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.

DAY 56 flowering: Hi all and welcome to any new visitors too. We are at the near end point now with this 1st run of the viparspectra xs1500. It has been a very pleasant experience and also a humbling one too. I never expected the performance it has proven and initially thought I would struggle to find a practical way of incorporating it into my set up and to see what it had got to offer. Deciding to go the route I have was more driven by the lights abilities to perform wat better than I anticipated. The 5 seedlings soon became 5 big ladies that would have been impossible to squeeze under the 2x2 flowering coverage They did however, get an amazing start right up to flowering beginning before I had to choose who stayed under the xs1500. The 2 that I mainly diary for the lights ability are the focus of the journal but I have to include a little on the other strains due to their initial support from the light and to also include the Gorilla cookies as they are amazing plants. They are both so close to ready now and sadly one of the mains has been hit with an little bud rot from its density. The buds smell so candy sweet now too. I will be keeping a very vigilant eye on these now. Grandaddys mimosa had continued her swelling from using the #Shogun Dragon force and is a perfect example of how the product works in the final 2 weeks of flowering , when usually they are fading out to finish. The buds have doubled in girth with an absolutely solid feel to them too . The light has helped create some very hard buds. No signs of whisky popcorn at all and each stack is a solid spike of flowering plant. For such a squat girl, she is so impressive. She smells so fruity with a hint of citrus to her and she is engulfing all the leaves that had been poking out previously. I think she will be a surprise yield next week !. The Northern lights girls are both doing really well too with the #2 mutant starting to ripen up finally now. She is still way taller than her sister but has sone long node gaps. #1 is totally different, she is a spiked monster compared and her colas are taking on a nice pale orange colour as they ripen. I do think she will go another week before being ready to consider harvest. She is still so fresh looking in a lot of places that I dont want to rush her at all. The light has managed to penetrate deep enough into the plant to create long spiked colas with no issues down low in the canopy with whispy popcorn to mention either. This is a very positive point to mention as some l.e.d do not get the penetration needed to do more than create a top canopy with poor light reaching deeper and not supplying the par they need. This light does not have that issue by a long shot. It penetrates like "Dirk diggler" and reaches all those important ladies parts !!!.... I am most impressed by the mimosa so far and as a 1st gen cross auto of a mimosa lemon Male sacks and a random multi strain seeding from its pollen release , I have ended up with a good amount of crossed autos from trusted and stable strains. It can be fun growing these out and so far this is the 3rd from the batch that I have successfully run. Aside from the benefits of the end products we get , the journey we go on can be an amazing and eye openening experience. If you start to investigate how these plants really live , love and die and how they use the network of available systems to communicate and build our much loved bud factories , you will find it hard to climb out of that rabbit hole . Finding out that fungi is not the man everyone wants to party with but IS a complex communication system used in nature to meet the needs of the whole forest/fauna in unison is life changing !!!!!. At day 57, they are now going into a 48hr dark period before harvesting . I did have a couple of bud rot issues in one or two buds due to the density of their growth. I am hoping to keepnot at bay during the low and slow dry after trimming wet this time. I will update their yield ect once they finish. Pics dont do them justice and they smell so sweet. Og candy dawg auto is into week 7. She has got super bushy and has a load of bud sites.... But i would rather have 8-10 good chunky colas rather than 50 small bud sites. The trimming kills me. So i experimented... I have never defoliated an auto this severely before, i really massacred her. Probably stripped about 60% I know its a risk and i might have stressed her to the point of hermie but im curious as to how much abuse she can take. We will see in next weeks update if there is one

Greeting of the day! First of all, thanks to everybody who is engaging and interacting with my diary and myself. I truly enjoy and appreciate you all! The time laps of the first LST is relevant to week 4, but decided to put it here as well for the contrast. For the last week, i have increased watering volumes and put them on regular schedule, and i see pretty massive grow. Jumped from 15 to 35cm in height and thats after the first LST. I am not feeding the girls anything but water with regulated PH. Seems that the soil is rich enough to keep them fed. Today (day 33), ive decided to perform another LST, more radical than the first one. The main stems started to shoot up and it seems that the rest of the body is falling behind in growth, so i bended and twisted around the main columns of 2/3 girls. Is seems that they have reacted extremely positively. I see immediate development of secondary columns (check out the photo right after lst and in 4 hours) Also, I’ve defoliated, well… removed one leaf that I was not able to tuck anywhere. P.S. Oh! got the girls a new fan, specially designed for grow tents. They are happy and so am I. The smell is so nice, if i leave the tent open it fills the room almost immediately.
