Hey guys! Thanks for stopping in to check out my babies! This is week 2 of flower (days 8-14). This week things really seemed to take off! 🔥 Plants were happy all week long and seemed to grow almost an 1” per day if not more. Buds are developing nicely, no smell yet but nice to see them stackin’. I cut out anything under the trellis that would end up being popcorn buds so the plants could focus on the main colas. Hoping I’ll just have to pull a few leaves here and there from now on. The New Floraflex drip system has been nice! 💯 It has made watering easier and more automated. Water distribution isn’t perfect but I’m sure they aren’t 100% level either. Plants should stop stretching after this next week and should start putting on some size! Stoked to see what these girls can do in week 3! Day by day break down: Day 8 Cut out some lower growth/ leaves blocking bud sites Day 9 Fed all 6 plants. PH: 6.11, PPM: 1136 Day 10 Plants look great. Let them do their thing. Day 12 Fed al 6 plants. PH: 6.05, PPM: 1264 Day 14 sitting at 29” tall right now. Not so stressed on height being be issue. Started them in a glass of water then transferred to soil.

The bottom watering worked for the week I think as away happy with results think I might just bottom water regularly and feed the tea from top every other changing 2/8 I did a good clean up and some pining Monday 2/10 I will filp to flower I also added power bloom today 2/8

Was another easy week - lots of healthy growth. Simply watered when dry, did some daily LST and leaf tucking. The green crack is definitely the fastest growing out of all the plants, and the one runt LSD25 is a bit smaller but still chugging along.

The pictures don't do these buds justice. They are a brilliant purple and orange color. I have definitely outdone myself for my first grow ever. These buds have that perfect subtle smell and taste of blue salt water taffy. It's brilliant. I couldn't get it to reveg which is a disappointment but it will live on in my memory

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

02/13/2020 Replacing with a back up female😊 I like to grow extras for this reason. Gonna train for a few more weeks until my Blue Dream-matic is harvested. So this is my clone mom for outdoor crop need 2 - 4 more clones for the garden. Then I can flower this girl out inside. Also I'm switching nutes with this one because she's been Fed only 3-1-2 organic granular and was planning on putting her in the garden this spring. 02/14/2020 She has hollow stem, they day it's a good trait to look for in a keeper/breeder plant,so you can see i cut some clones ,and tied down her branches

Been studying for Art Exam but neverless the grow has continued. All our premium strains did not reach maximum size due to late transplanting from Bad Soil to Good soil. Nevertheless we hope to garner a seed or two and begin again with better circumstances surrounding our grow than ever before. The Northern Lights, GirlScout Cookies and PowerPlant grew between 32 and 36 cm each. I estimate a dry yield of between 20 and 30 Grams on each and about a further 30-40 grams on our banana Kosher Kush (this could be more but to be on the safe side. They probably have 2-3 weeks left before harvest. We will take what we have learnt here and start again with better soil and a steadier light schedule. Till next week

Ultima settimana di crescita, fra un paio di giorni si eseguira' una defogliazione un po più intensa, per poi poter cambiare ciclo di illuminazione. Durante il periodo di crescita in questo caso ho tolto solo le prime due coppie di rami e le prime foglie primordiali. Ho notato che con meno stress, si arriva al cambio 12/12 con delle piante molto meno allungate. Vedremo consa succede nei giorni a venire 💚 Ps. Flushed the plant with water (Ph in - 6.5 / Ph out - 6.7). Next few days i'll be keeping it in darkness and cut after that. Actually i used to down ph with citric acid along all the cycle :)
