Everyday I try to arrange the branches in the most efficient way. On the 14 th day I removed just a handful of fan leaves. With the lower plant count they are not shading each other so much. I managed to keep the canopy pretty even so far even though they are completely different strains and even three different phenos of runtz x LC. 3 plants get 10 x 4:20 around 1,5 l Other 5 get 10 x 4:20 and 3x 4 minutes another 450 ml = ca 1,9 l Up until now I think it’s my best run ever. High EC is the key with high intensity lights. It changed the whole game. Now I’m feeding 2.5 even to freshly rooted clones. For now I try to keep runoff EC below 5. I think I’m not there yet to push more because I don’t supply enough co2 and my temps are a bit lower then ideal especially in Veg. Honestly they are getting a little bigger then expected. Both got a light defoliation. The Skywalker is clearly in Preflower but the Afgahni wants to wait a bit longer... So both have a time for 8 Weeks i thinks thats not gonna happen 😅

What to say in the end, even though things were not ideal, the outcome is better than expected. 🙏 My only regret is that it has not reached its full potential, although the buds are beautiful, dark purple, full of terpenes that stick to your fingers like honey when you touch them. 😋 The outcome is in the end 56 g. which is more than it looked before the harvest. 💪 She dried along with her two roommates Purple Punch for a total of 14 days. My wife, although not a consumer, enjoys trimming which suits me great because I can take photos during that time. After trimming, we put the dry tops in jars where they matured for another 20 days. Sometime in the future I would definitely repeat Watermelon, I know it can do even better. It’s great that it’s summer, it fits perfectly with the Watermelon joint on an afternoon summer evening with a book and the sea. Que pasa familia, como podéis comprobar tienen un pequeño exceso de nutrientes, algunas hojas doblan hacia abajo, no obstante , esta variedad está empezando apestar con un olor bastante peculiar. Es una variedad que como te descuides también crece bastante, controlamos los parámetros de la temperatura y la humedad en lo establecido, 0 problemas en ese aspecto. Veremos cómo reaccionas esta próxima semana al overdrive y si notamos ya las diferencias.

Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

This week on a tale of two plants Plant A she is going very well. She is very sticky and tricone starting to turn milky have no issue with her and she smell amazing Plant b is feeding like crazy I water her at least 4 time a week I think that why she was delay maybe so I been making sure to keep on top of that her smell and getting stronger and she is getting thicker with tricones starting to produce

New week and this means official flowering for the girl, stretching, preflowers, pistils and a big smile after some 9 weeks of vegetation and mainline formation. I believe this is a very promising strain very sturdy, never seen any slowing of growth after any cutting or stress low or high and hoping for some big fat frosty colas with the new addition of more missing nutes such as Silica, voodoo juice and sensizym as I believe roots are very important too and I saw immediate results when I added those missing elements to my other autoflowering plants which apparently stopped drooping just before lights off and just from day 2 and never saw them droop since...check other diary... Peace Mid week update: Had to take a few more shots of this lady as Im impressed the way the buds form so quickly and look so packed even from such early stage, it proves the main lining technique works and will deliver what promises, big fat dense colas...

Had a bad humidity (spots on leave are wet spots that got handled ASAP) scare last week so got a dehumidifier up in there comfortably. Still smooth sailing.

So harvested Gigi yesterday (D70) as she looked ready. And also very beautiful in my humble opinion. Covered in trichomes and very bright orange pistils pics don’t do justice. The buds are smallish but really hard / dense abs she stinks to high heaven. After a week of drying, Heidi is just about to start curing. (120g / 4 oz). Tbh we’re smoking her already as she’s already way better than current stash. Tastes absolutely delicious, I’m not one for describing pretentious flavours. She tastes dank and makes me properly stoned lol. Also only gonna get better now on the cure. Naomi is the final girl still going, plan to pull her on Sat/Sun D77 ish. She’s the biggest of the 3. Despite showing some signs of earlier nute burn she has powered through with the biggest and longest buds of all 3. Very excited about her. And finally the other 2 girls (not included in this diary) strawberry pie autos look a few weeks behind these but just going into beast mode both are 1.2m tall and getting loads of solid super stinky and frosty buds.
