Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

She's starting to bulk up, and I've cut my nutrients back in anticipation of the flush. She is a beauty and I love the colors she is displaying. I'm starting to get a distinct smell of burnt tires and rotten organic from her, with just a hint of sweetness. I love the smell! I added some plant ties this week to hold some of her branches up. Many of her branches are starting to droop under the weight of the buds, but nothing I can't handle. No problems this week and she is looking great.

We checked trichomes last week nearly all were still clear but the density is amazing.. these are still showing slight signs of nutrient burn with little change from a week of water so we'll give it another and then one last heavy feeding to finish the grow out with water.. Hi 420 Family. The past 6 weeks have been up and down a bit here and there, some noob mistakes made also.... But nevertheless, things are starting to look great. All of these plants are showing quite hairy bud sites and the pistils are mostly milky. WW's are ahead by about a week or two from what I have heard from other friends and growers but we will see. I have upped the nutes a little bit this week, and also added a small about of BioBizz Bio-Bloom. Let's see how it goes! D47 - 22 Aug - So far so good. Buds are swelling up nicely and they are starting to stink (the good kind). White Widow has quite a spicy, potent smell. Purple Lemonades smell sweet and fresh (some purple in the stems and the stems of certain leaves but no purple flower yet; I do hope I get at least SOME purple flowers!). Otherwise, they seem to respond well to the nutrients I have been feeding the past 2 runs. I think for the next feeding I will add some more grow tho, the PL's seem to have a slightly larger appetite for Magnesium/Nitrogen perhaps. After that, proper flush and then some worm tea that I will brew from my leftover worm castings and the normal flowering schedule to follow. I am happy thus far and I really am enjoying this so damn much, I think I've already won this round. :) D50 - 25 Aug - Ladies are responding well to the extra nutrients, and the smells are just next level... The WW's are much more dense and are fattening up nicely. PL still a little behind I rate, pistils are mostly still straight and not as milky. Otherwise, all systems are good and happy to start week 8 tomorrow! :D I have added a heaped cup of worm castings to the top of the soil, let's hope for a great flavor and even more intense smells over the next 2 weeks! We had some unwanted excitement this week when I had a tent malfunction. My humidity got up to 100%, everything in the tent was soaked, and the fan was not on. Luckily, it was only that way for a couple of hours, but it was enough to do some damage to the leaves where the water was standing. After I got that sorted out and the humidity back down, I sprayed everything with some lost coast plant therapy and turned off the lights. The basil actually showed the most damage because it was the closest to the light. Quite a few of its leaves got fried. Continuing on the lost coast every week or so for the duration, I’m terrified of PM again. In the meantime, until I can afford an AC Infinity humidifier, I’m just turning this one off. It seems to be a bit too unpredictable.

scratch what I said last week, trichomes still milky and buds just getting more and more dense, in my last grows i’ve always been low on weed by the time harvest rolls around but i’m not this time so i’ll just be letting it go until I have to pull it.

Hello, I am a brand new grower and I wouldn’t mind if anyone helps with this grow and any future ones. I am growing an auto flower in a custom homemade tent till my tent arrives. Hopefully everything goes smooth from seed to harvest.

Harvest day 73 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

After three weeks in the solo cups I transplanted to 1 gallon pots and three days later I noticed yellowing on one of the plants so in 16oz of water I mixed in 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt and gave it to both plants in fear of magnesium deficiency but the other plant is thriving and growing strong.
