Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. ***** Week 4 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** The girls were transplanted on Christmas day, after three weeks in the solo cups from seed. They had been growing well in cups but I must admit that I feel the root mass should have been larger after that time period. I am working with a new nutrient line that I have not used before and have not been adding microbes to the feed schedule thus far.........or hardly any. I feel this is why the root system, while looking healthy, is looking too small. Over the next couple weeks will ensure they get lots of microbes in the 1 gal pots to fill those up with roots before moving to 5 gal pots.......the last upsize for this girls. Counting my weeks for finish I am wishing that I had started these girls a couple of weeks sooner so they may not get to veg in the 5 gal pots for a couple of weeks before flipping to flower. For these girls it is still pretty early on in their lives and not many exciting things to happen the first month of seedlings. We have done one upsize and another to go. Keep the feeding in line and follow the week 1 veg feeding for these girls, bringing up the ppm closer to 700ppm range. Overall, happy with first couple of weeks of veg. Need to get more roots going, we will, but otherwise just give them the time to mature and take it easy......they will come along😀 She is looking very nice and even so far and keeps catching my eye when I open the tent😂😎 Little more detail....... Dec 26/20, Day 22 Veg - Dry out day after being transplanted yesterday. - Pots were still heavy. - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 23 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 200ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH - They are really happy today!!!! Loving the bigger pot to let those valuable roots expand into nice fluffy new coco and soak up the nutrients👍 - This girl has always had wider fan leaf blades than the other two girls. She is shorter but wider.......hell, kind of like me Dec 28/20, Day 24 Veg - feeding day today with more water to get some runoff from the 1 gal pots. They have not been watered to runoff yet.😀 - 0.5L each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - seems a little high to jump from around 300ppm to 700 but will follow the companies recommendations👍 Dec 29/20, Day 25 Veg - Dry out day. - they are happy today......not much to add otherwise today Dec 30/20, Day 26 Veg - going to give them another day without watering. - I feel like I should be watering today but I am not as I am not sure how much moisture they will have consumed and the roots need some air to breath so holding off. - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow. Dec 31/20, Day 27 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 28 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking pretty good ETS as we move through the first upsize and get veg going here. She has been very steady right from the start and continues with steady growth in early veg. Her branching is growing laterally and keeping short node spacing in her growth, perfect!......again, still pretty early on but its all good so far😎

What’s good everyone, this is the start of week 11 and the first week of flower. Yesterday I let the, sit in darkness for a whole day to jump start them and by the sight of it, they sure did jump a bit. MXOP is amazing she takes to what every you toss at her, she is hard to stress out. But after growing this cultivar a few times now I can say they don’t require much nitrogen as one would think they CRAVE calcium and possibly a bit of magnesium but from what I have seen they ALWAYS want more calcium weird might be the soil I have been using. Day 82 - she's stable, and coming along nicely... feeding nutrifield grow a+b mix, + crystalic and particulates....... stable full tank is 6.5 ph and she drinks it down to 5.5 ph..... + 1800 ppm down to 1200 ppm..... (approximate..... ) (the particulates are garden variety blood bone fertilizer, just add a little sprinkle in the tank) the neuts are same, nutrified, and impressed with the results of both the base set and the whole range, crystalic is unbelievable, it brings out a beautiful deep shiny green...... 👍👍

Two Ethos Mandarin Bubba grown from seed, ended up being completely different phenos. One is dark purple almost red and other was lime green.

Pineapple Express was an exciting plant to grow. It grew fast and stretched nicely. Purple Kush was just a runt. It did not like the hot climates from the previous week but grew it out anyway. By weeks end was feeding Remo's full flower lineup. Pineapple - 8ml per 3800ml Ph between 6 - 6.1 Purple - 5ml per 2000ml Ph between 6 - 6.1 No change in light scheduled as with Auto's they do not require the 12 hour darkness period to flower. **Spider Farmer lights generate a lot of heat.

I have been super excited with everything up to this point . I have made all my preparations that I think need to be made and did some trial runs on my environment. I starting preparing around the 15th of January and my set up was complete around the 19th of February. I spaced my purchases out based on budget constraints. I wanted a cheap and efficient grow area. Some thing I paid more for because through all the research I did I felt quality was more important. If you are as excited as I was, you get pretty anxious when awaiting order status when you first order your seeds. You should remember you are ordering from an online seed bank not amazon. Most work Monday - Friday and are in a complete different time zone. I ordered my seeds from seed supreme Seedbank. I placed my order on 31 January and mailed money as directed. This was the scariest part for me especially when I didn’t hear anything back. I finally received a email on the 12th if February saying my invoice was paid and then subsequently mailed out on the 15th and I received on the 20th. Day 2 - 2/24/19: Nothing new to report no activity on the surface, misted watering at 5.8 PH. Day 3 - 2/25/19: Plant number 1 which had the longest tap root broke the surface I started a time lapse on it to cover the first moments of birth 😭 daddy is already so proud lmao. I have another light watering today with my humidity domes on, the intent is to have the plants roots work to get the required water and hopefully promote root growth. I also added 1ml of Rapid start and diluted into 1 gal. Day 4 - 2/26/19: Checked the status this morning prior to work and two more have reached the surface only two more remaining which I suspect will reach by the time I make it home from work. Misted this morning pot was looking pretty dry with the exception of the humidity domes, which I removed on all the sprouted seedling. I intend on shifting to a 20 on 4 off cycle and starting my other fans. Day 5 - 2/27/19: All five plants have broke the surface. I did a normal watering this am still utilizing the dome to avoid watering on top of the plants. I lowered the light again some of the early sprouters we stretching a little more than I wanted and appeared leggy to me. Day 6 - 2/28/19: Nothing really to report today. Excited for the name reveal tomorrow. I did a light watering. I played around with my ppm meter and ec I definitely plan on using in conjunction with my first feeding this weekend. Day 7 - 3/1/19: Was watering this morning normal levels. I also mixed a new feed to be ready for them tomorrow. While I was watering # 5 fell over I accidentally tipped it with the spout. I grabbed some left over soul to help prop it up hopefully she is ok.

OK. Now it's getting tough. I actually did not think it was going toever be real ' work '.... but good gravy... this is hard on my new titanium knee!

I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

Seeing some amber, still some clears. Any day now!
