Almost ready for harvest! Watching the trichome production and keeping an eye out for cloudiness. Leaves are turning yellowish as the plants suck all the nutrients out to get nice a plump. Trimmed all the fan leaves off to prep for harvest. Switched to flushing, keeping the water between 5.8 and 6.2 pH and switched how we water slightly to make it easier. Will start harvest next week! I also recently went through all the weeks on the grow diary and redid and added a lot of pictures if you want to go back and take a look!

I got rid of bigger leaves, did little bit of stretching. The plant was healthy, let's see how much it will grow in a month before turning lights.

Heute sehen meine Ladys meiner Meinung etwas unmotiviert aus, aber das liegt daran das es seit gestern Abend nonstop am Regnen ist. Ich habe heute nochmal etwas LST angewendet, ich hoffe das war kein Eigentor und die Babys mit Brennesseljauche besprüht. Also bis jetzt hin muss ich ehrlich sagen das ich mit den Dünger von Bio Nova sehr zufrieden bin, ja gut laut schema pk 13/14 in der zweiten Woche hätte jetzt net unbedingt sein müssen, aber läuft gut, nur mit den Preis verhältnisse von GHE Urtica bin ich net zufrieden, dass geht aufjedenfall günstiger..... Ist ja stinknormale Brennesseljauche, aber das nächste kaufe ich wo anders aus Deutscher Produktion und da kriege ich für den Gleichen preis 3 l statt 1l, natürlich kann man die auch selber machen... Aber die Faulheit siegt😅🤷‍♂️🏽

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. 7/19 shes starting to fill out more around the top. I keep thinking about what she'll look like with buds on her 7/21 watered and took pictures 7/22 she has most her dark green color back. She was hungry for nitrogen for awhile and shes responded nicely

Temperatures for the most part have been good, with one overnight low in the greenhouse of 13C. Purple Romulan is doing well but is the furthest behind in reaching maturity of all specimens in garden. Flowers are of decent size, with adequate trichome production. Greenhouse is emitting very strong smells now, mostly a sweet skunk scent. Weather forecast appears as though it will be adequate and manageable temperature wise for the next week. DAY 155 Greenhouse 13C in the morning, with outdoor temperatures down around 3C (frost evident on rooftops in area). 500mL drip of plain rainwater to all specimens. DAY156 1L hand water BTI treated rainwater (no additives); Greenhouse held to 18C overnight, humidity a little high (51%) but dropped as sun rose; Overcast day. DAY 157 Beautiful sunny day, with warm temps; Greenhouse was 18C in the morning. DAY 158 -1C in the morning outside, 13C in the greenhouse, which is fine. Nice sunny day. DAY 159 Overnight low outside 5C, 17.5C in greenhouse, which is ideal. Humidity in check, at 41%. Cloudy, overcast day, with greenhouse heater working to maintain day-time temps of 21C (no solar energy to drive heating). DAY 160 Greenhouse 14C in the morning, 3C outside. Humidity at 41%; Clear morning, with some sun, turning cloudy with light rain in the afternoon, resulting in a humidity spike in greenhouse to 50%. DAY 161 Lots of rain overnight, causing spike in greenhouse humidity to over 60%; Will require monitoring; Temps in the morning 18C in the greenhouse, mild outdoors.
