On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

📆 Semana 5 ¡Seguimos avanzando a buen ritmo! Esta semana la Gorilla Cookies ha pegado un estirón final y ha empezado a centrarse en formar bien los cogollos. Se nota que está en plena producción de resina: los tricomas empiezan a cubrir hojas y flores, dándole ya ese brillo tan característico que promete mucho. He ajustado ligeramente el riego para adaptarlo a su demanda actual, y he seguido con la nutrición de floración, manteniendo los niveles de PK para potenciar la formación de cogollos sin forzar. También he estado muy pendiente del ambiente: temperaturas entre 22-26°C y humedad controlada alrededor del 45-50% para evitar riesgos de hongos. A nivel visual, las flores están empezando a compactarse y soltar esos primeros aromas dulces y terrosos tan típicos de la Gorilla Cookies. Todavía no he visto ámbar en los tricomas, así que seguimos en fase de engorde. Estoy muy contento con cómo va, ¡esta genética tiene pintaza! ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Another good week, just waiting for them to ripen. I'm planning on another week. That will put us at 9.5 weeks and they should be good to go.

Esa familia, actualizamos las northern light xL, hay una de las 3 que destaca del resto por tamaño y flores, pintan muy bien, se ve buen color y bastante vigorosas, tutelamos 1. Bajamos humedad y temperatura, a estas alturas estamos pensando en el siguiente proyecto con varias geneticas de zambezaseeds.

Day 66 : Her buds are full of crystals and are so dense. The smell is really strong stinky skunk like GZ , but GZ smell is more acidic. Her crystals are milky and soon will start to amber. Breeder refers that will be pretty mature in 70 days. Not in my case :D we will see in 4 days, in next watering. For now no ambers. I prefer to cut when we have 15%-20% amber and 80%-85% milky, because after the smoke is very heavy for my taste. Edit Day 70 : She watered with juices and i continue until i see first signs of amber trichomes. Still no ambers. She has gained so much weight , side branches cant lift their self. I think she will be the heavier. You can understand her weight if u lift it.

I'm noticing that some of the plans are growing at different rates and so the ones who are growing slower probably experience more trauma during transplant is my only guess. I've been reading more about the temperature of the water so I am focusing on that but the thermometer I got doesn't read the best so I'm going to get a new one here soon. For now I'm trying to stick between cool and lukewarm water to the touch.

Well she has grown that's for sure. She needs to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Also defoliated... I will attempt this tomorrow. I need to acquire a bigger pot. Worse case scenario I use a 5 gallon bucket, and drill some holes. I'm switching to flower 12/12 this week. So she is going into a 15 gallon pot now and getting a good trim. Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

This week everything is doing well for the most part, I’m having a Canuk bred strain start to yellow up and get some brown spots on her @day61 and looks like a little bit of calcium deficiency in my mutant lemon pie but I’ll keep on working to get them corrected as best I can

week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.
