[ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

I cut the plant after 48 hours of total darkness. To flush the best, I ran a few dozen liters of water through the jar until the one that came out below was transparent. Although the flowers failed to close, I am satisfied with the result and the smell of the buds inspires a good terpene. To dry well, I moved the grow box to the room with an air conditioner. I'm keeping the temperature around 26-27 degrees and the humidity around 50%.

Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Welcome! In this grow we have: 2x Platinum Wedding Crasher 2x Gelato 41 1x Sour OG 2x Lemon Kush Germination/Rooting - 14 Days 9/17/21 - The clones look good in solo cups of soil. We will transplant into 5 gallon pots in the grow tent after they fully root in the cups. 9/18/21 - Looks like the clones are doing well in soil! We are so excited to grow these out. The clones came from a very highly respected grower. 9/19/21 - No ugly growth. All clones look amazing! We upgraded the light to a Mars TSW 2000. 9/20/21 - They are looking good and most likely rooting throughout the cups. I’ll give them a little bit of water today. I want the roots to go looking for the water so I’ve kept them slightly dry. 9/21/21 - They look happy. I will let them just do their thing… We are waiting on our Mars TSW 2000 light to show up anyways. No roots visible from the drainage holes in the cups. 9/22/21 - Looking really healthy and growing nicely. I’m excited for them to fully root in the cups so we can transplant them into the tent. The Mars TSW 2000 should be here in the next few days. 9/23/21 - Looking so good! We can’t wait to get these under the Mars TSW 2000 in the tent. They smell and look great. 9/24/21 - The clones look really good except for one Sour OG. It wilted and died, roots did not take unfortunately. I have a Lemon Kush started from seed we will grow in place of the dead Sour OG. Today we got our Mars Hydro TSW 2000 light. We will be hanging it and updating with pics/videos. 9/25/21 - They look amazing. Lots of growth while rooting. 9/26/21 - So far so good. Watering when the cups get light in weight. In just a few days we will be transplanting. See the video for today, we hung the Mars Hydro TSW 2000! 9/27/21 - Watered them yesterday, they look healthy. The Lemon Kush isn’t a clone, it is from seed. It’s the smallest girl but it’ll perk up quickly. 9/28/21 - Transplant day!! The clones are looking really good and it’s time to transplant into the 4x4 under that Mars Hydro TSW 2000 at 50% intensity. Check out the pictures and videos from today!

sixth week Veg, the ladies are doing well again they seem to recover! they got a new home again and 2 liters of water every 5 days

Pre98 Bubba , oh how I’ve missed you for so many years! These ones came out absolutely gorgeous! Loving the the purple phenos 😍 ! These ladies liked to stretch quite a bit so you’re gonna want to use some LST on em but I also recommend topping at least 6 times to get a better bang on your yield ! Expect nice tight purple buds with a tremendous amount of frost covering, some of the frostiest Bubba I’ve ever had! Over all I give it 10 stars an would definitely over an over run this strain!

This has been a fun week for this Cheese from Humboldt, it has made a mini flower on one of its fan leaves and a bee got wrecked in one of its flowers. I want to say it got stoned, but no idea if they can, the bee was super chill I could pet it and get real close with the macro lens, it did not care one bit. It could have been injured from something else like a predator or pesticide but she was gone by the following evening. Other then that nothing to new, the plant is growing nicely and I have no complaints about it. I keep comparing the smell from it to the other cheese variety from Dinafem I'm growing and they are different but I cant yet focus in on how, will be better adept at doing this once they are both in flower, I got high hopes for both plants. Added in the standard 2 week fertilizer Acti-Sol Tomato & Vegetable 4-6-8, had it fortified into the soil from the get go so did not add extra it in till now. About one month out.
