It's starting to get better without stopping. After changing the soil in the middle of the pot to peach moss.

Magic Melon is taller and has grown faster since the first week, now it's buds are growing twice as fast as the Super Silver Haze. Lights are 12 inches from top of buds.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 3 the buds are really starting to bulk up and are putting out side flower clusters already in week 5. I adjusted the PH to 6.1. The goal is to coast from 6.1-6.3 then back to 6.1-6.3 ect. On day 4 things look good I scoped out the trichs and found some to be filing up with cannabinoids :) maybe she will be done in 7-8 weeks like the breeder says. On day 5 my reservoir temp got into the 80's because when the reservoir gets depleted it lowers the water level below the thermostat and I'm getting into the colder months so the cold air temperatures are causing the heater to heat when not needed. My temporary fix is to place the heater diagonally when the water level gets low and then when the water level drops a little more I will fill my reservoir back up fully so to keep the heaters thermostat running correctly. On day 6 I did another defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow in the canopy. I installed a new "Nano aquarium heater" this will be able to heat my reservoir without being affected by the water level in my reservoir. I also changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. On day 7 the girls are looking and smelling great! I adjusted my reservoirs PH from 6.6 to 6.1. My Nano aquarium heater seems to do the job nothing out of the ordinary that I could tell after a night in the low 30's.

This week has been stressful for me. I discovered 3 types of bug invaders.. I had some fungus gnats some spider mites and also some thrips... Bastards! I have deployed predators to deal with the canopy in the form of Amblyseius cucumeris and Amblyseius swirskii. I also deployed a platoon of lacewing larvae. For the fungus gnats I used nematodes watered into the root system. I now need to keep an eye for any further signs. I lost a lot of leaf to the pests I hope I did not take to much but anything I chopped was eaten and dead already. She needed a trim anyway and I did discover a load of bud sites that were covered up. I plan to strip the flower room out after this grow and do a deep clean and reseal everything. This will also be the last grow using biobizz range as I do. I was told before that I don't need to use all their product line and I feel I know what I like and need now. Nice growth and bud developtment. Hps still doing its thing while im sitting back and relaxing. Got to keep an hawk eye on watering. I feed full strenght going over to full canna so they were transplanted into soil. Clones doing good but the Lemon skunk clone dont feel to good. Lets see what the week will bring.

Fendi 2 has a mutated fan leaf that kinda looks like a lobster claw. Some older leaves that started yellowing at the tips last week (I think it was a nutrient burn from transplanting from rockwool cube into soil), have gotten more brown and curled upwards.

Looks great, flowers are growin nicely! Very small and compact little plants. I guess they gonna be like 30-ish grams, eventually The straight one smells too much, Northern Light shouldn´t be doin that, not good! I can smell her on my terras 😮 hope neighbors don´t... Great top on the one plant, flowering very nicely on the other one. Some animal is chewin on leaves 😮 unacceptable Looks great! Flowers are doin great on both. I would like to keep them another month, but they are doin very well, might not take that long 👍 so exciting 😛 They look SO F good!! Sweet flowers on both of them. One smells way too strong. Bottom leaves are chewed/picked off... I´m in love with these flowers! They look so cool! ❤️

Flowering looks awesome on the ChemDog! Lots of bud sites and they're growing at a respectable rate. ATF's are running 3 plants in 3 diff stages- one's a couple weeks into flower, one's just starting,and one's still the holdout. Meanwhile, I've got flowering on the Night Nurse and one of the Viper Cookies. The rest are close but I can't say for sure they've transitioned. Weather's getting into a hot and humid phase, gotta watch that ChemDog. Think it's got a decent structure for ventilation but I've read horror stories on how the Dog loves mold. Further training of the branches has been fruitful, I'm seeing a lot more topside bud sites than usual. I'm working on irrigation-- I set up a 30 gal container and it works for drip, but without a pipe system it's still one at a time, although I have to admit it's worth it to save my back. Plus, I have to have a supply ready for use in case my buddy needs to fill in for me and water the ladies. Been checking the cameras regularly ( I have them all throughout the property, game cameras with IR flash), and to date haven't seen anything that would constitute a threat. Just some curious raccoons and one really ugly opossum. Even the skunks don't bother them this year, which is nice but a little strange considering they dig in them every year. It's really just the animals I'm watching for, people aren't as much of a concern. Mostly because I don't know any. Aside from that, I sleep with my head feet away from my babies, so somebody would have to have big brass ones to even try. Yes, I know, a little overprotective. Fingers crossed it'll be one hell of a harvest (by my standards). 8/11 Update: Been lucky still with the weather, but it's turning really humid. Fed the girls this morning, a mix of 1C molasses and 1/2C epsom salt in 20 gallons. Just a little supplement to the tiger bloom they've been feasting on. Speaking of the Tiger Bloom, I can't help but think I'd do just as well mixing my own nutrient solution, since the cost really adds up quick. For his year, however, it'll be fine. My watering gizmo is working well, just leaks a tiny bit and that's fine for the remainder of the year. Now that I have an idea of what works for me I can spend the off-season setting up something right. Had to thin out the Lamb's a bit, it wasn't getting anywhere near enough air flow. Also took a few on the ChemDog as I'm expecting mold/rot conditions for a while and she's prone. Shouldn't have much problem, wind blows almost constantly here, but you can never be too careful. Training is taking well, overall they look pretty good. Next year-- bigger grow bags, better soil, and much pickier seed choices. I think I may even abandon the idea of topping them in the future-- it just slows them down and you can get the same end results with training. Granted, my ladies are kinda sparse and ugly, but that's the learning curve. Next time around I think I have a pretty good idea of what to do and when to do it, based on what worked and didn't work this year. Another big thing is nutrient timing-- I def jumped the gun on flower power for a few of them and it just stunted them wicked-- shoulda continued veg food a couple weeks into flower even for the early bloomer, she'd be a monster.

Starting to see some frost building up! This plant has been slower to come around but she sure shot up. I did LST a little late on the main cola so it looks a bit funky but she's living and packing on weight. I consider it a win and lesson learned <3

Day 45 power is restored and we are back at it! I moved #2 under the viparspectra lights and lowered her down a bit from it.(she was either too hot or over watered. Either way this should help by dimming the light and encouraging roots to do there thang) I'm kinda embarrassed but I stunted #2 during transplant last week. She is finally starting to grow. I just over watered everybody during transplant. Day 46 nothing new to report. Theh are acclimated to the new pots, finally and are in cruise control. A personal observation, when I grow the rest of these seeds I'm not stopping or training. They're just too beautiful on their own! Day 48: Straight cruise control. I wanted to take so pics to show the pre sleep drop. They're above.😊 #1 is really growing. I expect they will be in flower shoes by week 9 and hope to flip on week 10 Day 49: tried to upload some pictures and videos today but the app wouldn't operate my camera 🤷‍♂️ oh well... I watered #1 today. She is officially in overdrive just growing fast!! (You get measurements tomorrow at the new week!) The good and bad of this week is #2. She definitely stunted during transplant. Probably from over watering during it. So to help promote root growth I topped her 4 main tops. And lowered her 3' from the Optic8+ It worked like a charm too!! All her leave are turning up praying again rather than being water logged and her new tops are bright green and growing! Bingo bango! Some are swelling , one is smelling very different to the others . I seem to have 6 phenos from small to tall and rounded buds to thin spear shaped buds. I'm not sure which is my favourite yet but one has a very unique smell almost like pineapple and exodus cheese , it could be that one but I also like the bud formation on another,, we will see

Very little to work around those beauties. The smell is so delicious already. They smells like sweet berries. Buds are loaded with trichomes, very sticky and hard as rocks especially on Athena. Trichomes are mainly clear and some parts milky. Absolutely love power of LST and how it worked on this strain. If you won't look under net it's almost impossible to see which cola belongs to main stem. Week 11 Dec 25 - Dec 31 Dec 25-26 Joyful observation Dec 27 Selective defoliation and First watering for this week. Nutes adjusted, almost 8ltr between both. Runoffs PH on both at 6.2. I am finding this PH level for this strain as perfect. Girls are looking super healthy and drinking they mixture like crazy. Dec 28-30 All is going smoothly. I can see more and more weight each day. Dec 31 Secomd watering foe this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. It's the last day of this week and also end of 2023!! Could have let her ripe a little longer and let lower buds fatten up more, but I've decided it's time now. Harvested on 09.Nov.2023-Day 70 This little plant produced a lot of nice Business just 70 days. I am very happy with Gorilla Cookies and will definetly grow it again. Thé plant loves LST and its highly recommended to increse thé yield. It felt like flower starts in week 3 but the plant continues to grow until like week 9 or 10..so high yield in short time is not just possible but likely.
