They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. Start of week 14 (Day 49) 9/20/25

Week commencing Friday 29/01/21; - Switched from veg nutes to bloom nutes as the flowering had definitely started. Using half dosage and alternating feeds with clean water and nutrient water. - Acquired a Brita 8.2l filter tank to remove chlorine, lead etc. Couldn't hurt! - Dramatic height increase from the previous week. - Strange right angle clawing on two of the fat bananas. Pretty sure it's heat stress. - The water intake has increased to at least 750ml per plant. - Some lower tier leaves discoloured. Again, I'm pretty sure it's heat stress. - Stopped the LST this week. The stems have become very rigid and I don't want to risk damage. - I have definitely run out of space and have employed SOG by default. I'll defoliate further next week as I don't want to shock the plants in the early stages of flowering. - The heat is peaking too high and I have started opening the door for ventilation. No extraction is causing all sorts of heat regulation problems. God knows what the peaks are when I'm not here. - I have ordered a digital hygrometer that will display 24 hour highs and lows of temp and RH.

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The broken mainled blue has fully recovered from last week's damage, and is quickly catching up the my other mainled experiment. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, but is still the weakest of the 3. The strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

The plants are drinking more Still trying to find the best nutrient feeding schedule. I noticed the leaves were turning light green after i took the nitrogen level down so i put it back up a little. I defoliated this week only removing the leaves in the middle and top that are blocking other bud sites. took only a few off each plant so the plant doesn't stress out. I left the bottom larger leaves on the plant so it takes the nutrients from the bottom first before the rest of the plant when its deficient, That way only the bottoms will turn color instead of my whole plant. Thats just the way i like to do the defoliation but i know everyone has their own ways :) Next week I will defoliate once again.

Today on day 17 from date of birth Iam preparing a worm casting tea. In a cheese cloth bag ,Made up of 2 cups of worm castings 2 tablespoons of unsulfured molasses,2 tablespoons of mineralized phosphate (bat shit) ,2 tablespoons of soluble seaweed extract . 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 2 tablespoons of all purpose 4-4-4 all Gia green products other than. I also sprinkled in some great white premium mycorrhizae inton2 gallons of water. Tea will brew for 24 hours before applying.

Our Northern Lights is flourishing beyond expectations. The buds are incredibly dense and continue to swell daily. This remarkable growth is a testament to the resilience and genetic quality of the plant.The trichomes are predominantly cloudy now, with a few beginning to turn amber. This is a crucial indicator of maturity and potency, suggesting that harvest time is approaching. The tent's aroma is becoming increasingly potent, a sign of the buds' maturing profile. I'm keeping the tent closed more often now to manage the strong smell. This intense aroma is a clear indicator of the quality and health of our plant. Looking back at the initial issues we faced, it's incredible to see how beautifully our Northern Lights has turned out. Her resilience and our adaptive approach have led to this stunning result. The EC level is now stable at 1.3, and she seems to be responding well to it. Over the next two weeks, I plan to gradually decrease the nutrient levels and then start the flushing process. So the end of 3 and entering week 4 these girls are a little sad today as been working on finishing their little grow space which hopefully they'll settle into over the next few days. I have tried too upload images but no luck keeps saying resizing no matter where I upload from 🙄 The girls are taking off and I can see the difference in growth allthough they've been unsettled past few days 🌱 Still loving the aptus range and so am I its keeping these girls healthy even the topped girl hasnt really reacted too being topped 🌱👌 I will be doing some hst/lst with the other 2 this week as neglected them slightly as having the fastbuds testers all potted up into new shoes. Ab jetzt Nutzung meines Temperatur und Hydrometers das die Daten aufzeichnet, Alarme bei Unter-/Überschreitung Temperatur/Luftfeuchtigkeit erlaubt. 23.10.25 (Tag 46): - 18:33: AquaPot ist leer, Rest der Düngelösung in AquaPot geleert - Sensor des Spider Heizlüfters und Temperatur/Hydro Messgerät auf Höhe Pflanze installiert - Spider Heizlüfter erneut konfiguriert - Bedienung ist recht umständlich, habe jetzt im Handbuch erneut nachgelesen. Man muss wenn man den Tag/Nachtmodus aktiviert das Setting 3 Sekunden stehen lassen um es zu aktivieren. Nun sieht man gut Anhang des Temperatur Messgeräts das die Temperatur wie gewünscht gehalten wird. Tagsüber 24 Grad, Nachts 19 Grad.
