Add slightly nutrients. Day Nr 16 doing topping. Nutrient tank with capacity 10L turning little bit in alkaline, at the beginning I added 3ml ph down and reach 6.4 pH, than now it’s inccrise to 6.6 on 5 days time. Same I can telling about TDS. At the beginning it was 350 ppm, but now it’s step up on 400ppm without adding nothing. Day 18 start moving out new branches from places around where was topping. Keep watering with 1.5L with slight nutrients dosage… Day 20 we can see how flower keep moving ahead after topping days ago…

So where I live we had a really bad storm it had knocked out my power for a full 24 hrs so I had to give them some extra attention to insure there was no mold or any pest with no fan rotation. Then I also had to put them back on there proper timer to get things back on a roll so far so good they still look and smell amazing wish me luck

End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. 3rd week

Start of week 7 and GSC is one happy lady. Pistil's are slowly turning orange at day 37. Tricomes are thickening and nugs are starting to put on mass. Looking forward to the weeks to come. Any suggestions or comments drop me a line. Happy Gardening 🙏🖖🌱👴🏼

Update week 4 Bloom

Today is week 5 now since dropped in water to be honest I think these are growing slow compared to other peoples. I changed a couple of things like upped wattage of metal halide from 250 to 400 and started giving full strength nute from half strength which I should of give 3 quarter strength instead of full because I can see a slight tip burn so will back of a little. Water every day till run off. At some point this week I will top for the first time to get the main line thing up and going. See you next week peace.

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

6.12.25. 6th week flower started on 6.9. Gorilla zkittles still looking like a Frankenstein after being stunted by tying her down and being way stressed out! Still growing away though putting on bud but this is the smallest plant i have ever grown! Little disappointing but can’t wait for next grow! I’ll never stop growing been going strong for 15 years! 3/11 🍓🍑 They were a little dry this morning, so I gave them a gallon of water split between the four of them using the light schedule feed🎄 3/12 Z🍓🍓🦍 strawberry and strawberry gorilla are starting to get very tall. They’re becoming huge. I’m gonna keep them at 91 W maximum that might even be a little high. It’s nice to know. They don’t take as much light as I thought along time ago. They really look good. this is the first time I’ve used 2 gallon pots so I have to remember to water more often and spray the bag with neem oil. I can’t tell if it’s runoff salts or if it is some sort of white fungus that’s not good on the outside of the bag, either way, if I spray everything with neem oil before I water including the soil, NO the plants just the soil and the bag makes a huge difference.🎄👍 3/13🍓🦍🍑💦 💦plus silica after about 12 hours, they are looking really good. They’re actually dry again. I’m gonna do watering tomorrow. The CBD plant is going completely different than any other one. It’s really exciting. Had a massive heatwave pass through, definitely not used to it hitting the 100s in june and the White widow definitely showed stress from it. It’s leaves browned a bit and curled but it seems that plant only has about two weeks left and it should be all good! Gorilla Zkittles buds seem to be the farthest behind everything else and could honestly end up needing an extra week from the rest. Buds are developing color and their true personality! I’m lovin it. High GD community, Week 12, Haze doing very good. Her sativa genes push her to grow big. But the stems are a bit thin. Hst and LST will help those branches get more solid. Hello everyone! I have been off the platform for a while since the plants were just loving their life. I went on a small trip and came back seeing that the plants seem to have entered the flowering phase. For now I can count 7 buds starting to form on my main plant, the second one seems to be a little bit behind. So I am kind of uncertain on what to do next, should I trim? Should I change to a bigger plant container because they are still in their original? Hopefully someone could give me some advice on what to do next? I will include a video showing the healthiest plant. Thanks in advance, cheers!

Day 71. Still a bit left till first will fall. Think next Wednesday is chop day for best Purple Punch, other is thin and way behind. Smallest Mimosa will fall too, one of biggest Mimosas started to foxtail a bit and it worries me, other is still packing flowers .... Main thing for at least last few waterings my pH pen was way off. I noticed that have to add pH down more than usually for plain water. After calibration I checked - it's was 5.7 , not my 6.3 ... Think it went for a week or so, so many damaged leaves, especially on second wavers and younger plants .... Not best thing, but that's one of mistakes can happen. No more feed for those from now, maybe only biggest Mimosas will get some . Smoothie's are like two weeks till chop, but all 3 will mature at same time. Happy Growing !!!
