Start of week 6. Week 5 went well. The blueberry plant also got an extra 2 liters of feed and it helped, she did got droop and the leaves did not die-off as much as they did the previous week's. She doesn't have as strong a smell as the OG Kush, but she's twice as sticky to th touch and she's got a shit load of bud sites filling in nicely!

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! the headbuds of the rainbow triangle were already harvested with the other plants (Forbidden Nectar and Sunset Kush Pop Clone), as one of the thick headbuds had already a little bit budrod We left the rest of the plant for another week. During this week, the lower buds really put on weight again. The head buds are already dried and will be cured. The rest has now been hung up to dry.

She's doing nicely so far pleased with this pheno the structure is good , sadly she is only getting twelve hours due to photoperiods taking up space

Hope you like the music Ok third week, they had some deficiencies. That's why I switched to mineral. To many plants to focus on, so I do a mixed feeding. Organic growing only with one plant ahaha. No techniques used.

The harvest is approaching early. I'm just pouring clean water on the girl and she'll go dark in the dark for two days on Friday. Well, I'll harvest it right away. She is ready, the trichomes are beautifully white and there are many. She smells sweet. 😍

So this was one of the easiest autos I have grown she’s short and fat has an amazing smell and coverd in trichomes I can’t wait to try it!!!

Today is day 82, should be harvested by now but due to user error the girls are still going. I did start the flush a few days ago so I am anticipating shutting the lights off on them in the next few days.

Two weeks flew by, the stretch is on now. Defoliation at day 10 and I’ll do another in a week for the final strip. These unicorns and the Cactus Breath x Cherry Punch #3 are setting up nicely and should produce some nice flowers.

Started of week 3 and she is doing well, introduce beatrice the ladybug she do what she dose best clean and kill lol as for the special kush #1 only given maxicrop seaweed very diluted. Now just keep the humidity up and making shore she dont burn up in the carzy heat 23c / 24c outside temp during her downtime but other then that all steam ahead

31/07/23 Everything seems to be going really well even though I haven't added nutriments. I'm planning to use LST on plants 2, 3, and 4 this week, hoping not to mess anything up. I'll have to buy a dehumidifier too because it's very humid at my place right now, and I can't get the humidity level below 65% 01/08/23 I started the LST but only on 2 and 3, and I have no idea if I did it well, but I'm quite happy with the result. 02/08/2023 I have cut some leaves, especially on numbers 2 and 3, so that the little heads are no longer in the shade but directly in the light and I haven't touched number 1, I don't plan to touch it until the end.

Update in progress... 11/23/24 - Chopped and hung whole in closet. 11/29/24 - Trimmed and jarred. Early samples detect incredible taste and smell. The high is immediate and very energetic. Felt up front and in the face. Very pleased with the initial weights, although I will make certain they are accurate and final before posting numbers. 12/11/24 - No clue why it only gives me an option to log the wet bud weight but I put 3.55 oz for my final weight and that is dry.

Week 10 Hi everyone, Everything going brilliantly. Girls are gaining weight, trichomes development it's amazing. As for now some buds up to 10-20% amber and some are still almost 100% clear and milky. Leaves are still pretty green and I may keep nutrients for this week but all will depend of trichomes palette before switching just to water. This lasting on avarage for 2-2,5 day. 27/09 Day 66 All going smooth. Girls are covered with frost. Noticing some more amber trichomes. Will keep watering them with nutrients tonight and will keep observing closely their development before cutting off nutes completely. 30/09 Day 69 We are approaching final days of this amazing journey😁After closer look decided to flush this morning. Only water and Fish Shit on ratio 0.4ml per 1 ltr. Flushed with approx 3 ltr per pot. Runoff 50-100ml. Runoff ph 6.4. 01/10 day 70 It's the end of week10 Currently trichomes at some buds up to 20-30% amber 😍 and on the rest milky with small groups of amber 5% As its a soli grow we have a good few days for development.
