Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. The watermelons are around one and a half week in flowering an they stretched a lot more than the fat banana, this is obviously a personal experience, but let see, at the moment we have quite some bud sites around the plant and she's nice and green

Great veg week. Its an increased nutrient week. Only issue was slightly high ph in soil, so I added a little more vinegar to my water. On previous grows, I would do my LST tie downs on approx day 31-33, but growth was really good, and over 10" on 7 of 9 plants, so tied down early on those 7, on day 28. Great color and stalk girth so far.

Hello everybody Harvest day here and just like last year I'm gonna make it a regular flowering week in the diary and in 3 weeks to a month I will come with the results. So the chop itself went pretty smooth. I removed al the FanLeaves, sugarleaves and already did a nice trim. Other years I tried different approaches but this seems the best. I cut away the main cola and some big buds below a few days sooner since they were absolutely done, the other buds I left on the plant to mature for a few days extra and then proceeded to completly trim her. Buds look great, Pretty dense and big and all the buds kinda have the same size. The main cola is also not that huge but very decent. Frosty as hell and with a huge smell in my opinion. U would think that this is the most fun part of a grow (it is actually 😂) but I hate harvest day because of the insane smell a plant produces. Anyway she's hung up to dry now with a ventilator and a much needed carbon filter. The Roots on the plant looks insane. Lots of root bound and she really used all the soil and the entire pot. The stem is pretty thick, more then other years. I'm happy so far but the real test comes in 3 weeks. I already Tried a few sample buds and the taste is nice, a bit spicy and herbal, exactly what a Jack Herer is described like. I can only hope that with a good dry and cure she becomes even better but these were just small sample buds, curious for the big ones 😁😅 Thanks a lot for following this journey. It has a super short compact structure I'm curious to see what it will be like in stretch. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest.
