Hello Tokers and Growers! Welcome to another great Indica adventure! Some of you already know I love me some Indica. 😁 My current favorite Indica is Cream Caramel from Sweet Seeds but I decided to try something new this run. Sweet Zenzation (SWS84) also from Sweet Seeds. She's my only Indica dominant cultivar in the tent so I'll be taking extra care of this one. Strain characteristics: Sweet Zenzation derives from a cross between an elite clone of Zkittlez combined with a specially selected Grape Ape clone, which is one of the strains used to develop the original Zkittlez. The result is a predominantly indica genetic hybrid. It produces a large amount of resin-soaked flowers. It is both relaxing and stress-relieving, yet it also stimulates the imagination and conversation, an effect that is normally associated with sativa strains. The flowers have a high terpene content, an exquisite aroma and sweet taste, with hints of fruit flavoured candies, hardwood undertones, shades of lemon, cypress and subtle aromatic peppers. Variety SWS84 Genetics: Zkittlez x Grape Ape Type: Feminized Indica: 70% / Sativa: 30% THC: 16-23% · CBD: 0,2% Indoor Yield: 450-650 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 400-700 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 9 weeks Outdoor Harvest: late September, early October Expectations & Training method: First time growing this strain but Sweet Seeds have always given me sweet and savory yields so I’m guessing this one won’t be any different. Genetics are promising some tasty terps, I’m the aroma will blow me away. Indica dominant so I’ll be trying to make a bud packed bush out of these. Haven’t quite decided what training technique to go with either LST or TOP and just a bit of LST adjusting the colas. That’ll depend on how I see the growth up until the training day. As for yield I’m aiming for at least 50g each plant. They are almost doubling in size every week!! Really excited to see what they do..

The week was nothing unusual, I fertilized today and see them growing very well 😍 Next week I will defoliate and thin out again and remove what is in the shade and will not wear anything ... otherwise I am very, very satisfied with the growth of the plants😁😏😊

(Week 36) installed another oscillating fan to dry up top soil faster. Started getting allot of knats also realized that vacummingnuo my stagnant water is definitely the way to go. Finally feel like im getting back to normal!

By the third week of flower we are getting excited because we see the buds really bulk up. It is early on and we are seeing these top nodes take shape into colas. Here is the work put in this week: -Prepare each plant with 1 gallon of lukewarm water with 3 tsp Big Bloom, 2 tsp of Grow Big and 2 tsp of Tiger bloom. Oh and 5 mLs of Cal Mg. -pH the water to 6.5 and pour. -Shop Vac runoff. -Before tent lights turn on at 7AM, spray all 3 plants from top to underneath to the bottom to top of soil with GrowSafe. If you don't know what it is, look it up. Here is the solution concentration: 3.75 mL GrowSafe in 1 cup of H20. This is a preventative measure ;-) Then after that it is cleaning up the lower growth on the stems. Some people call it Lollipoping. I'm leaving virtually all fan leaves above 1/3-1/2 of the way up the plant. I tightened up the plant arrangement as well by placing them in a triangle shape. I believe this will help the two plants that were living at either end of the lights (where the light might not have been ideal) closer to the center. Now each plant has an even amount of light exposer. I also adjusted some branches with foam garden wire in such a way that evens out the height and width of canopy. The sour diesel buds grew the quickest at first. The do si dos buds are stacked under a lot of leaf growth. And the gelato buds, which started out as the smallest and slowest growing, sped up by the end of the week, almost catching up to the size of do si dos's buds. Thanks for reading my post :-) -

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

May 31st Everything is looking good after the LST from last week, I said I was going to swap them into flower and I realized that I should wait another week or so as they will be going into a new home so to speak. Updates coming next week for that. Doesn't look like to many PH issues anymore or whatever was happening but the plants seem a bit happier now June 1st I Figured today would be a good day to do a bit of defoliation on these girls in order to get some more light down to the newer growth. I didn't take a ton off as you can see, but for the size of the plant I suppose it was a decent amount. I read somewhere that a general rule of thumb is only defoliate roughly 30% of the plant at most. I'm not to sure if it is true but I tried to stay within that general rule. June 2nd, I decided since I would have them in veg for at least a little while long I would top them again. After topping I gave them some water and nutrients. I know I said I would do straight water for the next one but I went for it anyways as it seems the flowering mixture may be giving it some deficiency's. So I gave them the recommended feeding for heavy veg growth. I gave about 3L to the bigger plant and around 2L to the smaller plant (as it was still a bit moist but it wasn't damp). My crappy soil tester was saying my soil was at around 8PH so I figured I would aim to feed around 6ph. With the small amount of runoff from the smaller plant I did A PH test and the PH seemed to be around the 4.5-5ph area. My liquid ph meter arrived broken so I am waiting for the new one, therefore I am using the general hydroponics liquid test kit. I presume my soil ph is lower then the water I have given seeing as it went from 6ph water to around 4.5. Next feeding I will aim to feed at 7PH. With the defoliation I just made sure that the tie downs were decently tight still and moved what I thought needed to be moved. June 3rd,4th Not a ton to update on. I didn't get any pictures for these 2 days. June 5th Some obvious problems going on with the bigger plant. I am guessing it is the PH issue but I am still unsure. The one browned leaf I accidentally squished in the tie down while I was low stress training it so it got a bit damaged. Other then that the plants are growing decent. Im not sure why I didn't have more pictures for today but I mainly took problems of the problem areas. June 6th Not much going on still. They are still just hanging out not doing to much. It was a busy work week so pictures in general were a bit lazy. I will try to get more for the upcoming weeks. Big news for next week!

Progredindo e engordando aos.poucos !o fedo de gamba ta grande!mais resolvido com.um.filtro de ar da ghp de 125mm !essa proxima semana vou dar 2 ml de remo magnifical em 1 litro e meio de agua para elas, parece que estaocom falta de um pouco de calcio e mg, ja que faz uns 20 dias que nao a rego com sal de epsom!vou testar esse suprimento da remo que ja da uma ajudada com outros nutrientes como o cálcio que nao tenho no organicos da bio bizz que estou usando!estou dando 2 colheres de sobrimesa de spirulina (alga em pó)diluida em 1 litro e meio de agua com ppm de 300 no maximo vi um resutado!

Finally got my 4th plant up and running in the 16 oz dutch bucket setup. She is looking pretty good so far. Will top her in a few days as soon as I can pinch off the third node. She is getting 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation. I have posted more info on the setup in my other diaries. I am excited to try out this new strain and I hope to get some terps bursting with citrus flavor.

Dropped hours to 17 to get closer to the 15 we will have outside in a few weeks. A week of battles for this tent. Lotta pest activity. Bulb mites and Nematodes (never going to have regular perennial flowers and dahlia bulbs in the tent again), lessons learned. Active pest strategies tried: - listerine / water soak - Neem oil / water soak - Dr. Bronner soap / water soak - worm castings to boost balanced microbial life - insect Frass to provide chitin - diatomaceous earth top dress - mosquito Dunks prior to organic amendments to deal with any eggs/larvae in soil

Week 3 of flower has come & gone without too much stress. Gave the ladies a big last defoliation to help with light penetration and airflow at end of week as they were pretty leafy Runoff was a lot lower than feed so have upped the nutes for this week. Blumats got blocked and have been a pain so whilst I'm not too busy with work over holidays will just hand water them. Pretty much no smell at all coming off them yet which is quite strange as normally by now all my other grows have been starting to, I'm sure it will come. 1st video is before big defoliation 2nd video is after Photo is 24hrs after big defoliation

Auch diese Woche ist eigentlich alles gut gelaufen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist relativ hoch und das wird vermutlich noch Probleme bereiten. Ich habe schon zwei Luftentfeuchter im Zelt platziert, die helfen allerdings nur bedingt. In Zukunft werde ich wohl doch weniger Triebe stehen lassen und mehr ausdünnen, gerade im unteren Bereich.
