Week 7 is starting at day 48, things are rolling along nicely, she really is a hungry girl😂don't be shy with the nutrients as I've stated earlier, she takes everything she's given. Room is smelling so good, I'm really liking the development of this Apple Strudel, she has been so easy to grow, a pleasure, just shows the good work that the fast buds team are doing behind the scenes, keep them coming Sebastian and Co👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🏻 More Apple Strudel updates to come later this week. Week was great as I saw the end to my fungus gnats and the plants really began to develop their own signature smells. The monster plant has more myrcene funky smell to it and the smaller bushy plants are hitting hard with fruity earth tones. This week looked like this: 2/7: nothing 2/8: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp coconut water powder/pot and 1 drop of microbe lite bmc 2/9: nothing 2/10: nothing 2/11: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp aloe flakes/pot. and 1 drop microbe lite bmc. Top dressed with gnarley barley which is sprouted hemp seed, Barley seed and corn seed which i pulverized 2/12: nothing 2/13: .5 gal water/pot and light defoliation

Continuing on my feed schedule, every 2 days with one full gallon of bubbled RO water. Smell is increasing on initial opening of the tent doors. The smell is a funky coffee chocolate hint, amazing. Can’t wait over the next 2 weeks. All tops are basically tied with bamboo stakes. The pistils are starting to fill in as the buds swell. Continuing with light defoil as leaves shade Bud sites. Plants are still stretching even through lollipop-ping and defoliating. I’m pushing the EC @ 2.2 and going to raise it to 2.4-2.5 in near future when adding PK 13/14. That smell of weed plant is growing but no actual hint of flavor yet. I was lucky enough to get strong vegetation growth during veg hoping for a super fruitful harvest. I’m almost certain I’ll be doing 10-12 weeks with these ladies.

Fed once this week with a weak feed including top max. I use kombucha vinegar as pH down. Water from my tap is ph6.8-7.0 and 38-42ppm so I might start using calmag supliment as the ppm at my old house used to come out of the tap at ph7. 2 and 200-220ppm. I had 2 plants that didn't like the light at 30000 lux and started bleaching so I took them out. I've defoliated today day 35 as humidity was getting over 80% and also to let light to the lower bud sights. Pre flower pistils showed on some plants around day 33 (some still have none) so I'll consider this the end of veg start of flower. The kalimist indica pheno is still not showing pre flower pistils but is always hard to force flowering when it's not mature for some reason. It's always 7-14 days behind everything else 🤔

In this second week of veg I started adding some nutrients to the plant water. (below the recommended doses) 🔥 Since they are growing well next week I will try to apply the manifold , hoping to be able to increase the final yield of this genetics that I love. ✂️🌱

5/5/2024 Pistils pistils pistils 5/8 these plants are fucking exploding! Super exciting to see them like this. Pistils everywhere and they’re just STACKING! don’t even see budlets yet, just pistils. The structure of these plants is beautiful. They handle training fairly well. I topped one and super cropped it and did a bit of lst. I was feeling impatient so I decided to see what happened if I pushed the one a little harder and left the other to grow naturally.

Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

This week is dedicated to finalizing the pot and nutrients for the rest of the lifecycle, looks like it took to the nutrients very well not much new upwards growth but new leaf sites appeared!

Wk 6. Bud

OMG OMG OMG finding hard to put on words all i am felling with this one, she was a delight to grow and without trying yet her medicine she wen strait to my top 3, i mean super strong Mama, strong to everything pests you name it, amazing structure her terpene profile is taking me back to the 90s with her almost like gasoline smell mixed with limes and pines OMG cant wait to try out this one much but much respect to DutchPassion on this creation of them she is so so so , like glue that you cant touch without getting it everywhere <3 <3 haded the last 3 weeks and harvest time-lapse i fell like this one could have gone more than the 71 days in flower that she did, but there is no time for that in this run but i will run her again thats for sure and a must for me. Flower Week 5

She’s a big one cannot wait to see what she put out. she got unhappy and lost most of the fan leaf but she still going.

Corn fed. Day 17. - The ghetto CO2 generator did it's thing! They all exploded yesterday. I fed this morning @ full strength (1mL/L) Green Buzz Organig Grow Liquid, with about 1.5tsp molasses, and 1mL of Bokashi EM Juice (not bokashi tea, but the EM inoculant). After feeding I tied up and down. Ponytails for the top fan leaves, to expose the bottom nodes. And stakes to get the bottom nodes a bit more horizontal. Super Critical was the girl who got seriously droopy after the first round of LST. I'm fairly certain I ripped a few roots. But she bounced back fast AF, and is looking sensational. I bumped up the smell in my diary to 'strong'. It's not flower smell yet, but the veg smell is reeking. A friend noticed it as soon as I opened my vent-room door. But the good news is that she said she couldn't smell anything before then. When I open the tent, it's so strong that it's dank already. Again, not a flower smell...but I've never smelled a stronger veg-oder than these. Nobody could ever convince me that yeast is futile or too much work. The growth from day 16-->17 was simply mind-blowing. I'm expecting more tomorrow, after the heavy feeding today. Day 20. So...some news. Yesterday I got the new fan. Freaking sweet- screw that clip on fan nonsense. And today, I've been busy. Non-tent related... I put together a worm farm. So I'm hoping for castings in a few months. Fed the bokashi bucket. I've had a problem with fungus flies (look like gnats, but live in soil). Elsewhere, notice that this falls under 'Non-tent related' :D. So I removed the top inch of soil in that houseplant, sprayed a soapy water mixture and covered with 1.5 inches of sand. I'm including this here, because I was terrified that those dudes would somehow find their way to my tent (on the other side of the house). But I think I've seen the last of them. Tent related... I watered with a nice castings tea that brewed for about 24 hours. I hope I didn't f*ck up. I hit GG and Strawberry Cheesecake with it before I pH'ed it down. So they got dosed at around 7.6. I went back to them and hit them with a cup of pH'ed tea (6.5). Then the light cut off, and it was their bedtime. I had to wait for LST until after their nap. But while they were on black out, I got a package. Some dope-AF smartplugs. I can now control my LED, my exhaust, and my air mover from my phone. There's a built in digital timer where I can schedule on/off's. And it *measures* my usage! :D How cool is that?! Welcome to the space age. I also got a USB microscope, which is also badass. So look for pics from that in the coming weeks... Later when the light went back on (courtesy of my new smartplug!) I went back and did LST and pics for today.

The transition is officially happening—the plant has now fully entered the flowering phase!🌱 The stretch is kicking in, and it’s growing rapidly, really taking off this week. It looks incredibly healthy, with vibrant green leaves and strong development. Thanks to the LST, it has spread out beautifully, allowing for even light distribution and great bud site exposure. I’m really happy with how things are progressing and excited to see how the buds start forming in the coming weeks! This one is looking very promising.💪😎
