Hey there looks like you gave the plant to much nutrients. You need to let the plant grow some of those leaves out to full size. Your plant will never grow quickly with only really small leaves

Sieht nicht nach Thripsen aus eher nach einer leichten Magnesium oder Calciummangelerscheinung, oder vielleicht ein paar alte Blattflecken durch Wassertropfen oder Lichtstress. Da es nur ein oder zwei Blätter betrifft, würde ich mir keine großen Sorgen machen. Gib beim nächsten Gießen etwas Cal-Mag und beobachte, ob es sich ausbreitet. Das neue Wachstum sieht gesund aus.
