the first pic looks like something was dripped onto the leaves and it burnt from the lights. 2nd pic I don't see much of anything wrong with it, bit discoloured but could be the lighting. 3rd pic looks like its having some issues with internal chlorosis, could be from Mg, or other micros. 4th pics looks like a bit of burning. Maybe the soil is to hot and locking some shit out?? IDK hard to tell with no diary or any other info. Would motor your PH, EC and temps/RH. check you watering schedule and ensure its all within range.

I think underwatering combined with the light being close has caused my issue. However older leaves have also dried up and died (but staying green). The way the leaf looks with yellowing though, and because a couple of leaf stems are turning reddish, maybe it's K deficiency?
