Need a full CBD seed in EU, 0.2-1%THC

Need 100% CBD strain seeds in the EU. 0.2-1% THC max. Don't put up anything silly full of THC. Be great if you have grown them just post links to your diaries please, and also DM or add in link sites URL where I can get them. Needs 2 be in EU. CBD needs to be high 15-20+. Thanks

Yellowish leaves, spotted Some leaves seem spotted and yellowish. is it normal while flowering or she face some deficiency?
