Well for one, I'd put down your problem to PH and underwatering. Ph for light mix which is more or less coco in a soil form. So PH, should be between 5.8-6.2 Just like coco. You are using the right nutes so there should be any issue with that. Me, id have to flush causw like coco if you haven't been given water in between feeds u are going to get salt build up and nute lockout and I'd say it's a key nute there with underwatering and to high a PH. Nutrition burn, and too much nitrogen in feed. Light nitrogen and medium dose of potassium and phosphorus.

I agree with @Organoman but I'd also question your nitrogen level... maybe too much! I'm not familiar with your nutes but I'd check the N levels as well to make sure you're not giving them too much... you want to concentrate on the bloom nutes at this stage.

Potassium deficiency. A P/K booster should stop any further progression. Cannabis needs a fair bit of extra potassium (K) and phosphorous (P) during flowering.
